      为筛选出甲维盐与氯虫苯甲酰胺复配防治草地贪夜蛾的最佳配比,采用浸虫法测定了甲维盐、氯虫苯甲酰胺及组合物对草地贪夜蛾的室内毒力,并基于最佳增效配比进行了田间防治效果评价试验。结果表明,甲维盐和氯虫苯甲酰胺复配组合在二者质量比介于2∶8~7∶3范围内表现增效作用,以3∶7时增效作用最大,共毒系数CTC为173。基于该比例加工获得10%甲维盐·氯虫苯甲酰胺水分散粒剂,并以此开展田间防治草地贪夜蛾效果评价,结果表明,施药浓度高于有效剂量37.5 g/hm2时,药后3、14 d对草地贪夜蛾的防效分别达到88%和84%以上,表现出良好的速效性和持效性。甲维盐和氯虫苯甲酰胺以质量比3∶7混配是防治草地贪夜蛾的良好配方。
英文摘要:
      In order to screen out the best mixture of emamectin benzoate and chlorantraniliprole to control fall armyworm, Spodoptera frugiperda, the toxicities of the two insecticides and their mixtures at different ratios (m/m) to S.frugiperda were determined in laboratory by larvae dipping method, and the field control efficacy of the selected mixtures were tested. The results showed that the mixtures of emamectin benzoate and chlorantraniliprole showed different synergistic effect at ratios ranging from 2∶8 to 7∶3 (mass ratio), and the mixture of 3∶7 showed the highest synergism with CTC value of 173. Based on these results, emamectin benzoate·chlorantraniliprole 10% water dispersible granule (WG) was formulated. At the effective dose of 37.5 g/hm2 and above, the field control effects 3 and 14 days after application were all over 88% and 84%, respectively. Both the quick effect and persistence of the mixture against S. frugiperda were good. The mixture of emamectin benzoate and chlorantraniliprole in the ratio of 3∶7 by mass is a good formulation for the control of S. frugiperda.
