| 为明确天敌昆虫异色瓢虫Harmonia axyridis对草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda的捕食能力, 在室内光照培养箱(25±1)℃、L//D=16 h//8 h条件下, 研究了异色瓢虫雌雄成虫对草地贪夜蛾2龄幼虫的捕食功能反应与搜寻效应。异色瓢虫成虫对草地贪夜蛾2龄幼虫具有捕食作用, 其捕食功能反应符合HollingⅡ模型, 其雄成虫对草地贪夜蛾2龄幼虫的日最大捕食量、瞬时攻击率和处理时间分别为 62.8头、0.796和0.016 d; 雌成虫对2龄幼虫的日最大捕食量、瞬时攻击率和处理时间分别为70.4头、0.979和 0.014 d。异色瓢虫成虫对草地贪夜蛾2龄幼虫的搜寻效应随瓢虫密度的增加而下降。异色瓢虫成虫对草地贪夜蛾幼虫具有较好的控害效果, 可用于对草地贪夜蛾的防控实践。 |

| To clarify the predation and control ability of Harmonia axyridis on Spodoptera frugiperda, the predation function and searching efficiency of both male and female adults of H. axyridis on the 2nd instar larvae of S. frugiperda were studied in an indoor light incubator at (25±1)℃ and L∥D=16 h∥8 h. The functional responses of H. axyridis adults to the density of 2nd instar larvae of S. frugiperda fitted well with HollingⅡ model. Daily maximum predation, instantaneous attack rate and handling time of male adult H. axyridis to 2nd instar larvae of S. frugiperda were 62.8 individuals, 0.796 and 0.016 d, respectively. The daily maximum predation, instantaneous attack rate and handling time of female adult H. axyridis to 2nd instar larvae of S. frugiperda were 70.4 individuals, 0.979 and 0.014 d, respectively. H. axyridis showed a good control effect on S. frugiperda larvae, which can be used in the control of S. frugiperda. |
