      蚕豆赤斑病是甘肃临夏州春蚕豆生产中的主要真菌病害, 该病害的发生流行直接导致蚕豆产量下降、商品性降低, 严重时可使蚕豆绝收。采用单因子试验设计, 对25%咪鲜胺乳油、微生物制剂(全关)粉剂、30%甲霜·噁霉灵乳油、80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂、12.5%氟环唑悬浮剂、60%唑醚·代森联水分散粒剂、50%异菌脲可湿性粉剂和50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂等8种杀菌剂对春蚕豆赤斑病的防治效果进行研究。结果表明, 60%唑醚·代森联水分散粒剂在3次药后7、14、21 d的平均防效为81.44%、90.41%、86.85%, 并能增加蚕豆产量、种子百粒重, 可在甘肃省春蚕豆种植地区推广应用。

      Chocolate spot is a severe fungal disease on spring broad bean during growth period, and can lead to the decline of the yield, the decrease of its commercial quality and even make total crop failure. One factor test was used to investigate the control efficacy of 8 kinds of pesticides on chocolate spot of spring broad bean, including prochloraz 25% EC, microbial agents(Quanguan) DP, metalaxyl·hymexazol 30% EC, mancozeb 80% WP, epoxiconazole 12.5% SC, pyraclostrobin· metiram 60% WG, iprodione 50% WP and carbendazim 50% WP. The results showed that after 7 d, 14 d and 21 d of using pyraclostrobin·metiram 60% WG three times, the average control efficacy was 81.44%, 90.41% and 86.85%, respectively, and the yield and hundred grain weight were also increased, indicating that this treatment could be applied in spring broad bean cultivating area in Gansu.
