由 Pilidium lythri 引起的草莓褐色叶斑病是在草莓 Fragaria×ananassa 上发现的一种新病害。病原菌在PDA(马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂)培养基上生长速度慢, 产孢量低。为了探讨不同培养基对 P. lythri 菌丝生长和产孢的影响, 筛选适合该病原菌菌丝生长和大量产孢的培养基, 本文比较了10种培养基对 P. lythri 生长和产孢的影响, 结果表明, SPDA(添加1.2%草莓果汁的马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂)培养基可以促进 P. lythri 菌丝生长; CA(胡萝卜琼脂)培养基、V8培养基和TPDA(胰蛋白胨马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂)培养基则可以促进 P. lythri 大量产生分生孢子。 |

Pilidium lythri tan-brown leaf spot of strawberry was a new disease in China. In previous studies, the widely used PDA medium had low mycelial growth rate and low yield of spores. In order to select the optimal medium for P. lythri, the effects of ten culture media that based on PDA medium on the mycelial growth and sporulation of P. lythri were compared. The results showed that SPDA (strawberry potato dextrose agar) medium can promote P. lythri mycelial growth, CA (carrot agar) medium, V8 medium and TPDA (tryptone) medium can promote P. lythri to produce conidia in large quantities. |
