      三裂叶豚草是危害生态环境和人类健康的恶性杂草。本研究探索了植物源壬酸水剂对野外自然生长的三裂叶豚草的防治效果, 分别于6月下旬和8月上旬两个时期, 利用5%和10%两个浓度的壬酸水剂对三裂叶豚草进行茎叶喷雾处理。结果表明, 北京地区8月上旬为三裂叶豚草现蕾期, 此时施药不再有新出苗的植株结籽, 为防除三裂叶豚草的最适时期。采用10%壬酸水剂, 有效成分用量8 000 g/667 m 2, 喷液量80 L/667 m 2进行喷雾防治, 7 d和28 d的株防效分别达到94.9%和91.2%, 结籽三裂叶豚草仅4.6株/m 2, 比对照减少了93.11%, 单株种子数量为261.78粒, 比对照减少了83.73%, 产生的种子少, 防效较好。
英文摘要:
      Ambrosia trifida is one of the worst malignant weed which hazards the ecological environment and human health. Botanical pelargonic acid was used in our study to explore the control effect on A.trifida naturally growing in the field. 5% and 10% pelargonic acid aqua were sprayed on A.trifida in late June and early August, respectively. The result indicated that the optimum control time of A.trifida was early August in Beijing district when A.trifida was in the budding period and new seedling A.trifida did not set seed. Treated with pelargonic acid 10% AS at the active ingredient contents of 8 000 g/667 m2 in early August, the plant number of A.trifida was reduced by 94.9% after 7 d and 91.2% after 28 d with the spray volume of 80 L/667 m2, respectively. Only 4.6 plants per square meter produced seed, which was reduced by 93.11% in comparison to the control. The number of seed per plant was 261.78, which was reduced by 83.73% in comparison to the control. All the results suggested that treatment by pelargonic acid 10% AS could reduce the amount of weed seeds and had good control effect on A.trifida.
