      本文室内测试了低温对球孢白僵菌高毒力菌株YB8的生物学特性(菌落生长速率与产孢量)及其对韭蛆毒力的影响。结果表明:在8~25℃温度范围内菌落生长速率和产孢量随温度的降低而降低。在25℃时菌落生长速率为3.15 mm/d, 产孢量为5.94×10 6个/mm 2。20、23℃下菌落生长速率(1.94、2.91 mm/d)与25℃下相比显著降低(P <0.05), 产孢量(4.80×10 6、5.57×10 6个/mm 2)略有降低, 差异不显著(P >0.05), 8~17℃下与25℃相比菌落生长速率及产孢量均显著降低(P <0.05)。低温下球孢白僵菌对韭蛆的校正死亡率随温度降低而减小, 25℃时韭蛆校正死亡率最高,为45.33%, 与其他各温度差异显著(P <0.05)。因此低温对白僵菌生长和韭蛆致病力有显著影响, 根据韭蛆的田间发生规律, 建议春秋季节韭蛆盛发期使用球孢白僵菌防治韭蛆时应在土壤温度接近或达到25℃时使用。

      The effects of low temperature on the biological characteristics (colony growth rate and spore yields) of high-virulence strain Beauveria bassiana YB8 and its toxicity against Bradysia odoriphaga were investigated. The results showed that the colony growth rate and spore yields decreased with decreasing temperature in the range of 8-25℃. The highest colony growth rate (3.15 mm/d) and spore yields (5.94×10 6 spores/ mm2) were recorded at 25℃. The colony growth rates at 20℃ and 23℃ (1.94, 2.91 mm/d) were significantly lower than that at 25℃ (P <0.05), while the spore yields (4.80×10 6, 5.57×10 6 spores/mm 2) had no significant difference from that at 25℃ (P >0.05). The colony growth rate and spore yields in the range of 8-17℃ were significantly lower than those at 25℃ (P <0.05). Meanwhile, the toxicity of YB8 to B. odoriphaga decreased with decreasing temperature. The highest mortality (45.33%) was recorded at 25℃, which was significantly higher than those at other temperatures (P <0.05). Based on the occurrence of B. odoriphaga in the field, it was recommended to use B. bassiana in spring and autumn when the soil temperature was close to or above 25℃.
