采用盆栽试验和田间试验相结合的方法, 测定了12.5%阿扎霉素水剂不同质量浓度对白菜根肿病的防治效果。试验结果表明:采用12.5%阿扎霉素水剂500~1 000倍, 在大白菜播种后5 d第一次用药, 之后每间隔7 d施药 1次, 共施药3次, 温室盆栽试验最高防治效果为87.58%, 田间试验最高防治效果为80.62%, 其与对照药剂500 g/L氟啶胺悬浮剂的防治效果间差异显著。植保抗生素12.5%阿扎霉素水剂对白菜根肿病具有较好的防治效果, 具备开发成防治根肿病新型杀菌剂的潜力。 |

In order to provide guidance for the development of azalomycin, control effect of azalomycin 12.5% AS to Plasmodiophora brassicae were carried out under greenhouse and field conditions. The results showed that azalomycin had a good control effect to clubroot disease. The optimum concentration was 500 times-1 000 times. The optimum first using period was 5 days after sowing, and then applied every 7 d for 3 times. The maximum control effect in greenhouse pot experiment was 87.58%, while that in field experiment was 80.62%. The control effect of azalomycin to Plasmodiophora brassicae was significantly different from fluazinam 500 g/L SC. Azalomycin has the potential to develop into new fungicide for clubroot disease control. |
