      为测试5%阿维菌素乳油、22.8%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(甲维盐)可溶液剂和10%甲维·吡虫啉可溶液剂对松材线虫病的防治效果, 本研究采用高效液相色谱法, 检测3种药剂在马尾松树体内不同时间和不同部位的残留量变化;记录注药前后松针颜色及松脂分泌情况, 并采集注药前后的松枝、病死松木及感染样品, 统计松材线虫数量。结果表明, 注药1年后在松树体内仍可检出上述3种药剂, 且在1.3 m处甲维盐、阿维菌素和甲维·吡虫啉的残留量分别为8.724、9.417 mg/kg和34.143 mg/kg, 表明药剂传导性良好, 残留量随取样高度增加呈下降趋势。林间试验显示, 3种药剂显著降低马尾松死亡率, 2年累计死亡率低于对照组。注药1年后, 甲维盐和甲维·吡虫啉对松木影响轻微, 而阿维菌素导致注药处木质部严重变色;Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级病树注药后松针复绿, 松脂分泌正常, 死亡率显著低于Ⅲ级(Ⅲ级同期全部死亡);注药后恢复健康的马尾松未检出松材线虫, Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级病树的线虫数量也低于对照组, 说明药剂显著降低林间线虫数量。因此, 早期注药可显著减少林间线虫数量, 促进病树复绿, 有效降低松树死亡率, 可在广东地区作为松材线虫病防治技术推广。

      This study aimed to test the control effect of abamectin 5% EC, emamectin benzoate 22.8% SL and emamectin benzoate·imidacloprid 10% SL against pine wilt disease. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to detect the residue changes of three pesticides in different time and different parts of Pinus massoniana. The color of pine needles and oleoresin exudation before and after trunk injection were recorded. The pine branches, dead pine and infected samples before and after trunk injection were collected, and the number of pine wood nematodes was quantified. The results showed that the above three pesticides could still be detected in pine trees one year after trunk injection, and the residues of emamectin benzoate, abamectin and emamectin benzoate·imidacloprid were 8.724, 9.417 and 34.143 mg/kg at the height of 1.3 m, respectively, indicating that the conductivity was good, and the content of the pesticides decreased with increase trunk height. The forest test showed that the three pesticides significantly reduced the mortality of P.massoniana, and the cumulative mortality rate in two years was much lower than that of the control group. After one year of injection, emamectin benzoate and emamectin·imidacloprid had a slight effect on pine wood, while abamectin caused severe discoloration. After injection, the pine needles of grade I and grade Ⅱ were regreened with normal oleoresin secretion, and the mortality was significantly lower than that of grade Ⅲ (all died in the same period of grade Ⅲ). The healthy masson pine after injection did not carry pine wood nematode, and nematode populations in grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ diseased trees were also lower than that in the control group, indicating that the pesticide significantly reduced the nematode populations in the forest. Therefore, early injection can significantly reduce the number of nematodes in the forest, promote the regreening of diseased trees, and effectively reduce the mortality of pine trees, which can be promoted as a prevention and control technology for pine wilt disease in Guangdong.
