      为明确北方油菜跳甲的种群结构并阐明不同颜色粘虫板及其悬挂高度对跳甲诱集效果的影响, 本研究对北京昌平区设施油菜的跳甲种类进行调查, 采用黄色、蓝色和黑色3种颜色的粘虫板, 并设置3种悬挂高度(距离油菜叶部顶端0、10 cm和20 cm)分别进行田间诱集试验。结果表明, 北京昌平区南口中试基地油菜跳甲包括两个种类, 主要为黄曲条跳甲Phyllotreta striolata(占67.21%), 其次为黄宽条跳甲P.humilis(占32.79%)。不同颜色粘虫板的诱虫量存在显著差异(P<0.05), 周平均诱虫量由高至低依次为:黄色粘虫板(298.44头)>蓝色粘虫板(169.00头)>黑色粘虫板(21.78头)。粘虫板不同悬挂高度诱虫量不同, 0 cm处理的平均诱虫量分别是10 cm悬挂高度和20 cm高度的4.11倍和14.01倍, 差异显著(P<0.05)。因此, 在油菜跳甲的监测与防控中, 建议优先选用黄色粘虫板, 并将其底部下沿调整至与作物冠层顶端持平的位置。

      To clarify the population structure of flea beetles on pak choi (Brassica rapa var. chinensis) in northern China and to determine effects of the different colored sticky traps and their suspension heights on flea beetles trapping efficiency, an investigation was conducted on the flea beetle species in protected pak choi greenhouses in Nankou, Changping, Beijing. Three types of sticky traps including yellow, blue, and black were applied in the study, and three hanging heights (0, 10 cm, and 20 cm above the top of the pak choi foliage) were set up for the trapping experiment. Two flea beetle species infesting on pak choi were identified in Nankou, Changping, Beijing, namely Phyllotreta striolata (67.21%) and P.humilis (32.79%). Significant differences were observed in the number of beetles captured by sticky traps of different colors (P<0.05). The weekly average number of captured beetles, from highest to lowest, was as follows: yellow sticky traps (298.44 individuals)>blue sticky traps (169.00 individuals)>black sticky traps (21.78 individuals). The number of beetles captured at different hanging heights also varied significantly (P<0.05). The average number of beetles captured at the 0 cm height was 4.11-fold and 14.01-fold higher than those at 10 cm and 20 cm, respectively. Therefore, for the monitoring and control of flea beetles in the fields, it is recommended to prioritize the use of yellow sticky traps, with their bottom edges aligned with the top of the crop canopy.
