| 为有效防治小麦茎基腐病的发生, 筛选防效作用显著、增产效果明显的协同用药方案, 本研究选用由宁阳县堽城镇大孔村发病小麦分离出的假禾谷镰刀菌Fusarium pseudograminearum, 采用室内药剂毒力测定结合田间“一拌一喷”施药防效测定, 评价7种杀菌剂对假禾谷镰刀菌的抑菌效果以及9种用药方案对小麦茎基腐病的防治效果、小麦产量和经济效益的影响。研究结果表明, 200 g/L三氟吡啶胺FS拌种+200 g/L氟酰羟·苯甲唑SC喷雾的用药方案较当地农户常用药剂防效提高44.35个百分点, 白穗防效提高26.34个百分点, 产量提高22.44%, 收入增加140.10元/667m^2, 可替代当地农户使用32%戊唑·吡虫啉FS拌种+10%苯醚甲环唑WG喷雾的方案。 |

| To effectively control wheat Fusarium crown rot and screen synergistic application schemes with significant control efficacy and yield-increasing effects, this study utilized a Fusarium pseudograminearum strain isolated from diseased wheat in Dakong village, Gangcheng town, Ningyang county. Laboratory toxicity assays and field efficacy trials employing a “seed dressing plus foliar spraying” approach were conducted to evaluate the inhibitory effects of seven fungicides against F.pseudograminearum, as well as the impact of nine application schemes on the control efficacy of wheat Fusarium crown rot, wheat yield, and economic benefits. The results showed that the application scheme of seed dressing with cyclobutrifluram 200 g/L FS followed by foliar spraying with pydiflumetofen·difenoconazole 200 g/L SC increased control efficacy by 44.35 percentage points, whitehead control efficacy by 26.34 percentage points, yield by 22.44%, and raised income by 140.10 yuan/667m 2 compared with the conventional fungicides used by local farmers. This scheme can replace the local farmers’ practice of seed dressing with tebuconazole·imidacloprid 32% FS combined with foliar spraying of difenoconazole 10% WG. |
