      为了解华北地区89份国审小麦品种对当前优势小麦叶锈菌生理小种的抗病水平及抗病基因分布情况, 本试验利用当前优势叶锈菌生理小种PHT与THT分别对供试品种进行苗期与成株期抗性鉴定, 同时对8个与已知抗叶锈病基因紧密连锁的分子标记进行检测, 结合系谱分析判定抗病基因在品种中的分布情况。结果表明:在苗期, 仅有3份(3%)品种对PHT和THT均表现抗病, 59份(66%)品种对PHT和THT均表现感病;在成株期, 有18份(20%)品种表现抗病, 71份(80%)品种表现感病, ‘鼎研189’等50份小麦品种在不同时期均表现感病, 仅‘顺麦11号’‘漯麦36’及‘顺麦9号’这3个品种在不同时期均表现抗病。在54份(61%)品种中检测到抗叶锈病基因, 其中, 20份(23%)可能携带Lr1, 6份(7%)可能携带Lr10, 35份(39%)可能携带Lr26, 9份(10%)可能携带Lr28, 其中, 14份(16%)品种可能携带多个抗病基因。上述研究结果可为供试国审小麦品种的推广及合理布局提供科学依据。
英文摘要:
      This study aimed to evaluate the resistance of 89 national-approved wheat varieties from North China to the currently dominant leaf rust races and to determine the distribution of their Lr genes. The dominant races PHT and THT were employed to assess the varieties at both seedling and adult plant stages. Eight molecular markers tightly linked to known Lr genes were adopted for genotyping detection, and the distribution of resistance genes in tested cultivars was analyzed combined with pedigree information. Seedling-stage evaluations indicated that only three varieties (3%) were resistant to both races, whereas 59 varieties (66%) were susceptible to both races. At the adult plant stage, 18 varieties (20%) showed resistance, and 71 varieties (80%) were susceptible. Notably, 50 varieties exhibited susceptibility across the whole growth period, while only three varieties, including ‘Shunmai 11’ ‘Luomai 36’ and ‘Shunmai 9’, demonstrated consistent and effective resistance at both seedling and adult plant stages. Resistance genes were detected in 54 varieties (61%) of all tested materials. Among these, the likely presence of Lr1 was identified in 20 varieties (23%), Lr10 in 6 varieties (7%), Lr26 in 35 varieties (39%), and Lr28 in nine varieties (10%). Furthermore, 14 varieties (16%) potentially carried multiple resistance genes. These findings provide a scientific basis for the rational deployment and targeted promotion of the national-approved wheat varieties.
