| 根结线虫病是甘薯生产上的一种主要病害, 严重影响甘薯产量和品质。本研究系统调查了海南省8个主产市县甘薯根结线虫病的发生为害情况, 发现根结线虫整体发生率达57.7%。利用形态学和PCR检测技术, 鉴定出象耳豆根结线虫Meloidogyne enterolobii和南方根结线虫M.incognita两种病原线虫。象耳豆根结线虫在调查区域普遍发生, 而南方根结线虫仅在文昌文城发生, 表明象耳豆根结线虫是优势种类。进一步对海南6个主栽甘薯品种的抗性水平进行了室内接种鉴定, 结果表明所有测试品种对象耳豆根结线虫均表现为高感或感病。本研究结果对于海南甘薯根结线虫病害精准防控策略的制定具有重要指导意义。 |

| Root-knot nematode disease represents a major constraint in sweet potato production, with severe impacts on yield and quality. This study systematically investigated the occurrence and damage of sweet potato root-knot nematode disease in eight major sweet potato-producing regions in Hainan province, revealing an overall root-knot nematode incidence of 57.7%. Through morphological and molecular analyses, two pathogenic species, Meloidogyne enterolobii and M.incognita, were identified. M.enterolobii showed widespread distribution, while M.incognita was restricted to Wenchang, indicating that M.enterolobii was the predominant species. Indoor inoculation assays demonstrated that the six main sweet potato cultivars were all highly susceptible or susceptible to M.enterolobii. These results provide critical insights for formulating targeted management strategies against root-knot nematodes in sweet potato production systems in Hainan province. |
