      甜菜夜蛾Spodoptera exigua是花生上的主要害虫之一。本研究测定了甜菜夜蛾幼虫对不同花生品种的取食选择性及不同品种叶片的可溶性糖、总蛋白、类黄酮和总酚含量。通过相关性分析, 探讨了幼虫取食选择性与叶片生化物质含量之间的关系, 并测定了甜菜夜蛾取食不同花生叶片的营养效应指标。结果表明, 甜菜夜蛾1龄和3龄幼虫对‘冀农花9号’‘冀农花18号’和‘冀农花16号’的取食选择性较低, 对‘冀农花3号’‘漯花28号’和‘花育9138’的取食选择性较高。Pearson相关性分析表明, 1龄和3龄幼虫对不同花生品种叶片的取食选择率与花生叶片中类黄酮和总酚含量呈负相关, 与总蛋白和可溶性糖呈正相关。甜菜夜蛾取食‘冀农花9号’后, 其食物利用率、食物转化率、相对生长速率和近似消化率等营养效应指标均显著低于取食‘花育9138’后的水平。综合表明, 甜菜夜蛾幼虫偏好在总蛋白和可溶性糖含量高的花生叶片上取食, 类黄酮和总酚含量高则会抑制其取食。‘冀农花9号’为具有优良抗虫潜力的花生品种。
英文摘要:
      Spodoptera exigua is one of the major pests of peanut. This study determined the feeding selectivity of S.exigua larvae on different peanut cultivars, as well as the contents of soluble sugars, total protein, flavonoids and total phenols in the leaves of these cultivars. Correlation analysis was conducted to explore the relationship between larval feeding selectivity and leaf biochemical contents, and nutritional indices of S.exigua feeding on different peanut leaves were also measured. The results showed that the feeding selectivity of 1st- and 3rd-instar larvae of S.exigua for ‘Jinonghua 9’ ‘Jinonghua 18’ and ‘Jinnonghua 16’ was relatively low, while that for ‘Jinonghua 3’ ‘Luohua 28’and ‘Huayu 9138’ was relatively high. Pearson correlation analysis indicated that the feeding selectivity of 1st- and 3rd-instar larvae on different peanut cultivars was negatively correlated with flavonoid and total phenol contents, but positively correlated with total protein and soluble sugar contents in leaves. After feeding on ‘Jinonghua 9’, the nutritional indices of S.exigua, including efficiency of conversion of ingested food, efficiency of conversion of digested food, relative growth rate and approximate digestibility, were significantly lower than those after feeding on ‘Huayu 9138’. In conclusion, S.exigua larvae prefer peanut leaves with higher contents of total protein and soluble sugars, while high contents of flavonoids and total phenols inhibit their feeding. ‘Jinonghua 9’ shows strong potential as an insect-resistant peanut cultivar.
