      番茄潜叶蛾Tuta absoluta是严重威胁我国番茄产业的重要入侵害虫。明确其对不同番茄品种的选择趋性与种群适应性差异, 对制定有效的防控策略至关重要。本研究选用两种常见的鲜食番茄品种(‘粉佳人’与‘普罗旺斯’), 通过测定番茄潜叶蛾成虫行为选择、产卵选择及两性生命表, 探究番茄潜叶蛾对两个品种的选择趋性及种群适应性差异。结果表明:番茄潜叶蛾成虫对两种番茄的选择行为与产卵偏好均无显著差异。相较于‘普罗旺斯’, 番茄潜叶蛾在‘粉佳人’上的适合度更低, 表现为幼虫死亡率更高、幼虫和蛹的历期更长、发育至成虫的概率更低, 以及平均世代周期(T)更长;但其净增殖率(R0)、周限增长率(λ)和内禀增长率(rm)均高于在‘普罗旺斯’上。上述结果揭示了番茄潜叶蛾在两种番茄品种上存在不同的“发育-繁殖权衡”策略。本研究为理解番茄潜叶蛾种群维持的生存策略以及指导番茄潜叶蛾的有效防控提供了基础支撑和理论依据。
英文摘要:
      Tuta absoluta is an important invasive pest that poses a serious threat to tomato production in China. Understanding its host selection behavior and population adaptation on different tomato cultivars is crucial for developing effective control strategies. In this study, two commonly cultivated fresh-market tomato cultivars (‘Fenjiaren’ and ‘Provence’) were used to evaluate the host selection behavior and population adaptation of T.absoluta through adult behavioral choice tests, oviposition preference assays, and age-stage, two-sex life table experiments. The results indicated that there was no significant difference in adult selection behavior or oviposition preference between the two tomato cultivars. Compared with ‘Provence’, the pest exhibited lower fitness on ‘Fenjiaren’, as indicated by higher larval mortality, longer larval and pupal developmental durations, lower probability of development to adulthood, and a longer mean generation time (T). However, the net reproductive rate (R0), finite rate of increase (λ), and intrinsic rate of increase (rm) were all higher on ‘Fenjiaren’ than on ‘Provence’. These results reveal that T.absoluta exhibits a “development-reproduction trade-off” strategy on the two tomato cultivars. This study provides a theoretical basis for understanding the population persistence strategies of T.absoluta and for guiding its effective management.
