| 桃枝枯病是一种影响桃树栽培的重要真菌性病害, 可导致枝条枯萎坏死。Diaporthe amygdali一直被认为是桃间座壳主要病原菌, 此外, D.arecae和甜樱间座壳D.eres被报道可引起江苏惠山、武进地区的桃枝枯病。本文采用形态学结合多基因联合鉴定, 首次鉴定出江苏南通地区近年来流行的桃枝枯病的病原菌为三线镰刀菌Fusarium tricinctum, 该病原还可导致桃果采后腐烂。体外拮抗试验表明, 肉桂、丁香、大蒜等药食两用中草药对该菌生长具有较强抑制作用, 其主效成分肉桂醛、丁香酚和大蒜素在20 μL/mL 时, 抑菌率分别为 56.27%、25.10% 和 3.92%, 同时可减轻三线镰刀菌对果实的致腐效应。研究结果为桃枝枯病绿色防控技术提供了科学依据。 |

| Peach shoot blight is an important fungal disease affecting peach cultivation, which can cause shoot wilting and necrosis. Diaporthe amygdali has long been recognized as its main pathogen; however, D.arecae and D.eres have also been identified as causal agents of this disease in Huishan and Wujin regions of Jiangsu province. In this study, morphological characteristics combined with multigene identification were used to identify Fusarium tricinctum as the pathogen of peach shoot blight prevalent in Nantong, Jiangsu province, in recent years for the first time. This pathogen was also found to cause postharvest rot of peach fruits. In vitro antagonistic assays showed that edible and medicinal Chinese herbs (e.g., cinnamon, clove, and garlic) exhibited strong inhibitory effects on the growth of F.tricinctum. At a concentration of 20 μL/mL, their main active components (cinnamaldehyde, eugenol, and allicin) showed inhibition rates of 56.27%, 25.10%, and 3.92%, respectively; meanwhile, these compounds also reduced the rot-inducing effect of F.tricinctum on peach fruits. These results provide a scientific basis for the development of green control technologies for peach shoot blight. |
