| 寄主植物与植食性昆虫间的互作关系复杂, 呈现协同进化的特点。目前, 有关寄主植物与昆虫互作的研究多聚焦单一害虫与寄主植物。而在自然条件下, 植物常遭受多种害虫混合为害。因此, 深入解析多种害虫为害下寄主植物的防御策略及其介导的昆虫互作关系, 对于揭示植物-昆虫的协同进化规律、优化害虫的综合治理措施至关重要。尽管已有较多关于多种害虫为害对寄主植物影响、昆虫种间互作等研究的报道, 但缺乏对研究进展和试验方法的系统梳理和总结。为此, 本文从寄主植物防御策略、寄主植物对昆虫种间关系的调控、植食性昆虫反防御策略及植物-昆虫互作研究方法与技术4个方面, 系统阐述了寄主植物的防御及昆虫的协同适应策略, 并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。旨在为深入探究植物与昆虫、昆虫与昆虫互作和建立基于植物抗虫性的生态调控体系提供理论依据。 |

| Host plants and herbivorous insects engage in complex interactions characterized by co-evolution. Current research on plant-insect interactions predominantly focuses on single pest species and their host plants. However, under natural conditions, plants are often simultaneously attacked by multiple insect pests. Therefore, in-depth analysis of host plant defense strategies under multiple pest infestations and the insect interactions mediated by these strategies is crucial for uncovering plant-insect co-evolutionary dynamics and optimizing integrated pest management strategies. Although many studies have reported the effects of multiple pest infestations on host plants and interspecific interactions among insects, there remains a lack of systematic review and summary of research progress and experimental methods in this field. Therefore, this article systematically elaborates on four aspects: host plant defense strategies, plant-mediated regulation of interspecific insect relationships, counter-defense strategies of herbivorous insects, and research methods and technologies for plant-insect interactions. In addition, future research directions are discussed. The aim of this review is to offer a theoretical foundation for further investigation into plant-insect and insect-insect interactions and for establishing ecological regulation systems based on plant insect resistance. |
