| 为明确茶网蝽Stephanitis chinensis种群在茶树上的垂直分布规律, 进行精准施药防控, 本研究在陕西省紫阳县和镇巴县开展了茶网蝽越冬卵分布和为害情况调查及精准施药技术研究。调查结果显示, 在茶网蝽发生程度不高于3级的茶园中, 受害叶片和越冬卵主要集中在茶树下部, 而茶网蝽发生程度4级和5级的茶园中, 茶树表现为全株受害。精准施药防控试验结果表明, 采用25%噻虫嗪水分散粒剂125 mg/L药液进行低位侧向施药, 最高防治效果超过90%, 与全丛施药防效无明显差异, 但实际用药量仅为全丛施药的55.6%。灌根施药试验结果表明, 采用25%噻虫嗪WG 150、300、600 g/667m2等3种浓度药液对茶树灌根, 最高防治效果均超过90%, 持效期超过14 d, 但起效慢, 药后1 d的防效均不超过52%。研究结果为茶网蝽的有效防控提供了科学依据和实践指导。 |

| To clarify vertical distribution pattern of Stephanitis chinensis populations on tea plants and develop accurate pesticide control techniques, a survey on distribution of overwintering eggs and pest damage situation of S.chinensis and related pesticide application trials were carried out in Ziyang county and Zhenba county of Shaanxi province. The results showed that in tea gardens with occurrence level of 3 or below, the damaged leaves and attached overwintering eggs are mainly concentrated in the lower part of the tea plants, while in gardens with occurrence level of 4 or 5, the entire plant was damaged. Pesticide application experiment indicated that applying 25% thiamethoxam water-dispersible granule at a dilution of 2 000 times for low-position lateral application resulted in a maximum control efficacy of exceeding 90%, while the actual dosage was only 55.6% compared to full-plant application. Root drenching experiment showed that applying 25% thiamethoxam at 150 g/667m2, 300 g/667m2 and 600 g/667m2 resulted in a maximum control efficacy of over 90% with an efficacy duration of more than 14 days, however, the time to onset was relatively long and the efficacy was not exceeding 52% after application in one day. The findings of this research provide scientific evidence and practical guidance for the effective control of S.chinensis. |
