为明确赣南地区脐橙种植园柑橘全爪螨Panonychus citri田间种群对4种杀螨剂的抗药性现状和变化趋势, 采用叶碟浸渍法测定了2018年-2023年赣州、南康和寻乌3地柑橘全爪螨对阿维菌素、哒螨灵、乙螨唑和螺螨酯的抗性水平。室内生测结果表明:3个种群对哒螨灵处于高水平抗性(103~1 231倍); 对阿维菌素由低至中等水平抗性均上升为高水平抗性(104~297倍); 对乙螨唑和螺螨酯处于敏感性下降至中等水平抗性阶段。赣州、南康和寻乌3地柑橘全爪螨种群对阿维菌素和哒螨灵已达高水平抗性, 建议生产上暂停或减少这2个药剂的使用;对乙螨唑和螺螨酯较为敏感, 可将这2种药剂作为防治的首选药剂, 并注意与其他杀螨剂交替轮换使用, 延缓柑橘全爪螨抗药性的进一步发展。 |

To assess the current status and temporal trends of acaricide resistance of Panonychus citri field populations in Gannan navel orange orchards, resistance levels to abamectin, pyridaben, etoxazole, and spirodiclofen were evaluated using the leaf-dip method from 2018 to 2023 in Ganzhou, Nankang, and Xunwu. Bioassay results showed that all three populations exhibited high resistance to pyridaben (103-1 231-fold) and had developed from low to moderate to high resistance to abamectin (104-297-fold). In contrast, resistance to etoxazole and spirodiclofen remained at low to moderate levels or showed decreased sensitivity. Given the high resistance to abamectin and pyridaben, their application should be suspended or minimized in these regions. Etoxazole and spirodiclofen, to which populations remained relatively sensitive, are recommended as preferred alternatives. Rotational use with different acaricides is advised to delay further resistance development. |
