为了摸清玉米大斑病的最佳防治时间、防治次数, 以达到最少投入和最佳的防治效果, 本研究通过设置大斑病不同病级梯度、不同防治次数的药效试验, 从而确定大斑病的经济阈值。结果表明:大斑病病情指数(X)与产量损失率(Y)的回归方程为Y=0.010 3X1.732 6, 以40%丁香·戊唑醇悬浮剂与25%嘧菌酯悬浮剂混配剂对大斑病进行防治, 与施药1次相比, 施药2次增加的净利润仅为147.89元/hm2, 从成本收益、农药减施角度考虑, 确定大斑病药剂防治以1次为宜, 以此为测算依据, 结合公主岭地区当地产量、价格、药剂、施药成本等因素, 确定大斑病经济损失允许水平(economic injury level, EIL)为32.20; 建立防治初期病情指数(x)与防治后病情指数(y)的回归方程y=19.681+3.141x, 确定大斑病经济阈值 (economic threshold, ET)为3.99。 |

To determine the optimal timing and frequency of chemical control for northern corn leaf blight (NCLB) and to achieve the best economic and control outcomes with minimal input, this study conducted efficacy trials under varying disease severity levels and treatment frequencies. The regression model between disease index (X) and yield loss rate (Y) was established as: Y=0.010 3X1.732 6. When a mixture of wumoxystrobin·tebuconazolesc 40% SC and azoxystrobin 25% SC was used to prevent and control northern wrn leaf blight. The results showed that applying fungicide twice provided only a marginal increase in net profit (147.89 yuan/hm2) compared to a single application. From the perspectives of cost-benefit balance and pesticide reduction, a single application was deemed more economical and environmentally friendly. Based on this, and taking into account local yield levels, maize price, pesticide costs, and application expenses in Gongzhuling, the economic injury level (EIL) was calculated as 32.20. Furthermore, regression analysis of the initial disease index before spraying (x) and final disease index after spraying (y) yielded the equation: y=19.681+3.141x. Using this model, the economic threshold (ET) for initiating fungicide application was determined to be 3.99. |
