| 笔者2024年6月在海南保亭三道镇的榴莲种植园发现一种造成榴莲果实腐烂的病害, 为明确该病害的病原, 采用组织分离法对病原菌进行分离培养, 利用形态学和分子生物学相结合的方法对分离菌株进行鉴定, 并对分离菌株的致病性进行了测定。结果表明, 引起海南榴莲疫霉果腐病的病原菌是棕榈疫霉Phytophthora palmivora, 该菌接种健康榴莲果实后, 果实表现出与田间发病果实相同的症状。研究结果为该病害的防控提供了基础。 |

| In June 2024, a fruit rot disease affecting durian (Durio zibethinus Rumph. ex Murray) was observed in a plantation in Sandao town, Baoting county, Hainan province. To identify the causal agent, the pathogen was isolated using the tissue isolation method and identified based on morphological characteristics combined with molecular analyses. Pathogenicity tests were also conducted. The results indicated that Phytophthora palmivora was responsible for the fruit rot on durian. Inoculation of healthy fruits with the isolated pathogen reproduced symptoms consistent with those observed in the field. These results provide a basis for the development of management strategies for this disease. |
