为充分保护和利用烟田捕食性天敌彩纹猎蝽Euagoras plagiatus, 了解其喙和前足跗节上的感器与取食、交配及产卵行为之间的关系。本研究利用扫描电镜对彩纹猎蝽雌雄成虫的喙和前足跗节感器进行了观察。结果表明, 彩纹猎蝽雌雄成虫喙上的感器类型和分布相似, 共有3种类型, 分别为毛形、刺形和锥形感器, 其中毛形和锥形感器集中于末端。前足跗节感器同样有3种类型, 分别为毛形、刺形和锥形感器, 存在性二型现象。刺形感器Ⅲ为雌虫特有, 而刺形感器Ⅳ和锥形感器Ⅱ为雄虫特有。研究结果为进一步推广彩纹猎蝽应用于生物防治提供形态学依据。 |

To enhance protection and utilization of the predatory natural enemy Euagoras plagiatus in tobacco fields, understand the relationship between the sensilla on its proboscis and protarsus and behaviors such as feeding, mating, and oviposition. In this study, scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the proboscis and protarsal sensilla of male and female adults. The results showed that both sexes possessed similar types and distributions of proboscis sensilla, including sensilla trichodea, sensilla chaetica, and sensilla basiconica, with sensilla trichodea and sensilla basiconica concentrated at the apical region. Additionally, three types of sensilla were also identified on the protarsus: sensilla trichodea, sensilla chaetica, and sensilla basiconica, exhibiting sexual dimorphism. Notably, sensilla chaetica Ⅲ was found exclusively in females, while sensilla chaetica Ⅳ and sensilla basiconica Ⅱ were specific to males. These findings provide morphological evidence supporting development and application of E.plagiatus in biological control programs. |
