中国梨喀木虱Cacopsylla chinensis是一种刺吸式口器害虫, 主要为害梨树的叶、新梢、嫩芽等。本文采用扫描电子显微镜技术对冬型中国梨喀木虱成虫触角、腹部、足和翅上分布的感受器进行观察, 并使用Y形嗅觉仪测定雌、雄成虫对异性的行为选择。结果表明, 冬型成虫触角表面布满耳形突起, 分布有Ⅰ型毛形感受器、Ⅱ型毛形感受器、腔形感受器和刚毛形感受器4种感受器类型。足上分布有毛形感受器、刺形感受器和锥形感受器3种感受器类型。前跗节具有特化的弯爪和中垫。腹部和翅上分布的感受器均为毛形感受器。雄成虫生殖器上的毛形感受器数量多于雌成虫, 长度短于雌成虫, 存在雌雄差异。在行为选择中, 雄成虫对雌成虫的选择率(50.00%)略高于雌成虫对雄成虫的选择率(41.67%), 但与对照均无显著差异。该研究将为中国梨喀木虱行为生态学研究提供理论参考。 |

Cacopsylla chinensis is a piercing-sucking pest that mainly attacks pear tree leaves, young shoots and tender buds. In this study, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to examine the sensilla on the antennae, abdomen, legs and wings of winterform adults. Additionally, a Y-type olfactometer was employed to evaluate the sex-based behavioral preference between females and males. The results showed that the antennae were densely covered with ear-shaped protrusions and possessed four types of sensilla: sensilla trichodea Ⅰ, sensilla trichodea Ⅱ, sensilla cavity and sensilla setae-like. On the leg, three types of sensilla were identified: sensilla trichodea, sensilla chaetica and sensilla basiconica. The pretarsus exhibited specialized structures, including curved claws and an arolium. Only sensilla trichodea were observed on the abdomen and wings. Males possessed a greater number of sensilla trichodea on their genitalia compared to females, although these were shorter in length, indicating sexual dimorphism. In behavioral assays, the selection rate of males towards females (50.00%) was slightly higher than that of females towards males (41.67%), but neither differed significantly from the control. These findings provide theoretical foundation for further behavioral and ecological research on C.chinensis. |
