| 本研究利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜观察团花绢野螟Diaphania glauculalis雌蛾性信息素分泌腺表面形态、感器类型和超微结构, 了解团花绢野螟释放性信息素部位。结果表明, 团花绢野螟雌蛾性信息素分泌腺位于腹部末端第8~9节之间的节间膜上。团花绢野螟雌蛾性信息素分泌腺表面分布3类8种感器, 分为毛形感器(Ⅰ~Ⅴ型)、刺形感器(Ⅰ~Ⅱ型)和一种锥形感器。分泌腺细胞分布于角质层内表面, 细胞呈柱状或圆形, 表皮层分为厚度不一的两层, 细胞中有内质网、线粒体、脂滴以及微绒毛等结构组织。研究结果可为探讨团花绢野螟性信息素分泌合成及释放机制提供依据。 |

| The surface morphology, types of sensilla and ultrastructure of the sex pheromone gland of female Diaphania glauculalis were examined using light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy to identify the site of sex pheromone release. The results showed that the sex pheromone gland was located on the intersegmental membrane between the 8th and 9th abdominal segments. Three types and eight subtypes of sensilla were distributed on the surface of the sex pheromone gland, including sensilla trichodea (type Ⅰ-Ⅴ), sensilla chaetica (type Ⅰ-Ⅱ) and one type of sensilla basiconica. Glandular cells were located on the inner surface of the the cuticle, and were columnar or round. The epidermis was divided into two layers of varying thickness. Within the cells, structures such as endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, lipid droplets, and microvilli were observed. These results provide a foundation for further studies on the synthesis and release mechanisms of sex pheromones in D. glauculalis. |
