由Puccinia striiformis f.sp. tritici (Pst)引起的小麦条锈病是我国小麦生产上重要的病害之一, 严重威胁我国小麦的安全生产。2024年6月4日在对辽宁省大连市旅顺口区冬小麦开展田间病害调查时发现, 所有调查田块均有不同程度的小麦条锈病发生。本研究利用HYSPLIT模型, 结合田间病害调查数据, 在病菌孢子最可能到达的时间窗内模拟后向气流轨迹, 结果显示, 2024年西泥河村是入侵旅顺口区首波锈菌孢子最可能的菌源接收地, 河北和山东两省的环渤海湾地区冬小麦上的条锈菌是该村最有可能的菌源来源; 推测其他点位的条锈菌可能来自本地或本地菌源和外来菌源兼而有之。此外, 本研究也是我国小麦条锈菌跨海传播并造成病害异地发生和流行的首次报道, 为进一步明确旅顺口区上游菌源地和当地小麦条锈病的发生流行规律奠定基础。 |

Wheat stripe rust, caused by Puccinia striiformis f.sp. tritici (Pst), is a major disease that threatens wheat production in China. On June 4, 2024, field investigations revealed varying degrees of wheat stripe rust in all surveyed winter wheat fields in Lüshunkou district of Dalian, Liaoning province. To trace the potential source of the pathogen, we used the HYSPLIT model in combination with field survey data to simulate backward air mass trajectories during the likely inoculation period. The results showed that Xinihe village was the most probable first receiving site of urediniospores that initiated the outbreak. The likely inoculum sources were identified as stripe rust-infected winter wheat fields in the Bohai Bay regions of Hebei and Shandong provinces. Other infected sites may have been affected by local inoculum or a combination of local and external sources. Furthermore, this study represents the first report of cross-sea dispersal of wheat stripe rust in China, resulting in disease establishment and localized outbreaks in new areas. These results lay a foundation for clarifying the upstream origin of inoculum and the epidemiology of wheat stripe rust in Lüshunkou district. |
