真菌毒素和农药残留是玉米及其加工产品中的主要安全隐患, 施用化学农药是防治玉米病虫草害和减轻真菌毒素污染的重要手段, 但不合理地施用农药会导致农药残留问题。本文对我国防治玉米病虫草害的农药登记、使用情况及农药残留污染现状, 玉米典型真菌毒素来源、特征及污染现状, 病虫草害和污染物之间的关系, 农药残留对真菌毒素的影响及国内外真菌毒素和农药残留污染控制技术研究进展等内容展开系统综述, 从不同视角提出了相关建议:基于现有真菌毒素和农药残留污染控制技术,加强对真菌毒素污染的关键因子控制, 构建符合我国产区特征的玉米真菌毒素与农药残留协同防控技术体系并推广应用, 提升我国玉米农产品质量安全水平。 |

Mycotoxins and pesticide residues are critical safety hazards in corn and its processed products. While the judicious use of chemical pesticides plays a key role in controlling diseases, pests, and weeds, as well as in reducing mycotoxin contamination. However, improper application may lead to excessive residues. This review systematically summarizes the current status of pesticide registration, usage and residue contamination in corn production in China, the sources, characteristics, and occurrence of typical mycotoxins, and the interactions among biotic stresses and contaminants. Furthermore, it evaluates the impact of pesticide residues on mycotoxin formation and outlines recent advances in control strategies for both mycotoxins and pesticide residues domestically and internationally. Based on these findings, the paper recommends targeted interventions to manage critical factors contributing to contamination and advocates for the development of integrated control technologies tailored to the specific conditions of Chinese corn-producing regions. These approaches are expected to support the improvement of quality and safety in corn production systems. |
