      为明确云南西双版纳橡胶林下珠芽黄魔芋Amorphophallus muelleri上新发生的一种叶斑病的病原菌, 本研究采用组织分离法进行病原菌分离, 有伤接种和无伤接种两种方法进行致病性测定, 通过形态学观察结合rDNA-ITS和tef1序列联合构建系统发育树明确病原种类。结果表明, 该病原菌为多主棒孢Corynespora cassiicola, 是珠芽黄魔芋叶斑病病原菌新记录种, 本研究结果为后续珠芽黄魔芋叶斑病的研究奠定了基础。
英文摘要:
      To identify the pathogen responsible for a newly occurring leaf spot disease on Amorphophallus muelleri in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan province, a tissue isolation method was employed to culture and isolate the pathogen. Pathogenicity of the isolate was assessed using non-wounded and wounded inoculation methods. Classification status of the isolate was identified through morphological characteristics, rDNA-ITS and tef1 gene sequence analysis. The results showed that identified the pathogen causing leaf spot disease on A.muelleri in Xishuangbanna was Corynespora cassiicola. This pathogen was a new record of A.muelleri leaf spot, which offered valuable insights for future studies on the disease.
