      为筛选具增效作用的杀螨剂, 延缓山楂叶螨Amphitetranychus viennensis抗药性发展, 选择杀螨机理不同的联苯肼酯和阿维菌素进行室内联合毒力测定及田间药效验证, 为该复配药剂的科学使用及应用推广提供依据。室内采用玻片浸渍法测定了联苯肼酯和阿维菌素对山楂叶螨的联合毒力, 结果表明:联苯肼酯、阿维菌素单剂LC50分别为106.01、0.085 4 mg/L, 当二者复配比为5∶1、20∶1、30∶1、40∶1时, 共毒系数分别为135.46、130.62、143.83、185.21, 表现为增效作用;选择共毒系数最大的配比40∶1, 以3个有效成分用量(43%联苯肼酯SC+1.8%阿维菌素EC):200+5、160+4、120+3 mg/L, 采用常规喷雾法测定了田间防效, 结果表明, 药后3~21 d防效达84.02%~95.24%, 其中200+5、160+4 mg/L 2个复配处理防效显著高于阿维菌素单剂, 与联苯肼酯单剂防效相当, 各复配处理可分别减少阿维菌素、联苯肼酯有效成分用量16.67%~50.0%、6.98%~44.19%。综合室内联合毒力和田间药效验证结果, 推荐采用联苯肼酯∶阿维菌素40∶1替代单剂, 应用于田间山楂叶螨防治。

      To screen acaricides with synergistic effects and delay the development of resistance in Amphitetranychus viennensis, bifenazate and abamectin, which have different mechanisms of acaricidal action, were selected for indoor co-toxicity testing and field efficacy verification. This study aimed to provide a basis for the scientific use and promotion of this compound acaricide. Indoor experiments were conducted using the slide-dip method. The results showed that the median lethal concentrations (LC50) of bifenazate and abamectin were 106.01and 0.085 4 mg/L, respectively. The co-toxicity coefficients were 135.46, 130.62, 143.83 and 185.21 when mixed at ratios of 5∶1, 20∶1, 30∶1 and 40∶1, indicating synergistic effects. The 40∶1 ratio, which had the highest co-toxicity coefficient, was selected for further field testing. Three combinations of active ingredientsbifenazate 43% SC + abamectin 1.8% EC (40∶1) at 200+5, 160+4, and 120+3 mg/L were applied using a conventional spray method. The control efficacy ranged from 84.02% to 95.24% between 3 to 21 days after application. The compound treatments of 200+5 and 160+4 mg/L achieved significantly higher control efficacy than abamectin alone and were equivalent to bifenazate alone. The combination treatments reduced the required dosage of abamectin and bifenazate by 16.67%-50.0% and 6.98%-44.1 9%, respectively. Based on indoor co-toxicity and field efficacy validation, the combination of bifenazate∶abamectin at a 40∶1 ratio is recommended as a replacement for single-agent applications to control A.viennensis in the field.
