为明确氟吡菌酰胺和乙嘧酚磺酸酯在黄瓜中的使用安全性, 建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)研究二者的最终残留、消解动态和膳食风险评估。试验结果表明, 氟吡菌酰胺和乙嘧酚磺酸酯在黄瓜中的半衰期分别为2.9~12.0 d和1.5~2.5 d, 消解速度较快, 属于易降解农药, 末次施药后5 d的最终残留量分别为0.020~0.120 mg/kg和0.020~0.031 mg/kg, 2种农药对一般人群的膳食风险较低。本研究为氟吡菌酰胺和乙嘧酚磺酸酯在黄瓜中安全使用提供了理论依据。 |

To determine the safety of fluopyram and bupirimate in cucumber, an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was established to study their final residues, digestion dynamics and dietary risk. The results revealed that the half-lives of fluopyram and bupirimate in cucumber ranged from 2.9 d to 12.0 d and 1.5 d to 2.5 d, respectively. Both pesticides degraded rapidly, classifying them as easily degradable. The final residues 5 days after the last application were 0.020-0.120 mg/kg for fluopyram and 0.020-0.031 mg/kg for bupirimate. The two pesticides posed a lower dietary risk to the general population. This study provides theoretical support for the safe use of fluopyram and bupirimate in cucumbers. |
