      本研究采用浸渍法室内测定了黄绿绿僵菌Metarhizium flavoviride菌株Ma130821对小阔胫玛绢金龟Maladera ovatula (Fairmaire)幼虫的致病力, 并通过人工接种的方式(土壤浇灌、茎部注射、叶面喷施)将黄绿绿僵菌Ma130821菌株接种到烟草上研究其定殖以及对烟草生长指标的影响。结果表明:该菌株可侵染小阔胫玛绢金龟幼虫, 且随着孢子浓度升高和时间的延长, 幼虫的死亡率逐渐上升, 接种浓度在1.06×105~1.06×109个/mL条件下处理15 d后, 幼虫死亡率可达73.33%~100.00%;致死剂量随接种时间的延长而降低, 接种3~12 d后LC50从4.95×109个/mL降至4.39×102个/mL;致死时间随接种浓度的升高而降低, 当接种浓度由1.06×106个/mL升高至1.06×108个/mL, LT50从7.31 d降至5.12 d。从Ma130821菌株在烟草内部的定殖效果来看, 人工接种方式下该菌株在烟草茎中的定殖率达58.79%, 叶片中的定殖率为52.83%, 根中的定殖率为31.44%;从定殖数量来看, 叶面喷施处理平均定殖量为1.41×107 cfu/g, 其次是灌根处理, 为1.12×107 cfu/g, 茎部注射较低, 为1.06×107 cfu/g。通过人工接种方式该菌株能在烟草植株中定殖并扩散, 对烟株地上部分生长有一定的促进作用, 其中以叶面喷施效果最好, 但对烟株地下部分的促生作用不明显。综合以上结果, 黄绿绿僵菌Ma130821对烟草小阔胫玛绢金龟幼虫有良好的毒力, 而且还具有在烟草根、茎和叶片内部的定殖能力, 具有良好潜力。

      The virulence of Metarhizium flavoviride strain Ma130821 against larvae of Maladera ovatula (Fairmaire) was tested under laboratory conditions using the dipping method. Additionally, tobacco plants were used as model hosts to explore fungal colonization through artificial inoculation, including foliar spraying, root-irrigation and stem injection. The effects of these treatments on plant growth indexes were also evaluated. The results showed that effectively infected M.ovatula larvae, and larval mortality increased with rising conidial concentrations and extended observation periods. After 15 days of treatment, the accumulated mortality rate reached 73.33%-100.00% at conidial concentrations of 1.06×105-1.06×109 conidia/mL. The LC50 decreased over time, from 4.95×109 conidia/mL (3 days post-inoculation) to 4.39×102 conidia/mL (12 days post-inoculation). Moreover, the LT50 decreased from 7.31 d to 5.12 d as conidial concentration increased from 1.06 × 106 to 1.06 × 108 conidia/mL. Colonization experiments showed that Ma130821 was able to colonize tobacco tissues, with colonization rates of 58.79% in tobacco stems, 52.83% in leaves, and 31.44% in roots. In terms of colonization level, the successful colonization of strain Ma130821 was identified, with the highest colonization occurring in foliar spraying (1.41×107 cfu/g), followed by root irrigation (1.12×107 cfu/g), and the lowest in stem injection (1.06×107 cfu/g). Furthermore, Ma130821 conidia successfully colonized, propagated and spread within tobacco tissues following artificial inoculation. The strain promoted the growth of aboveground plant parts, with foliar spraying being the most effective, although no significant growth promotion was observed in root development. Overall, M. flavoviride strain Ma130821 exhibited high virulence against M.ovatula larvae and demonstrated strong endophytic colonization ability in tobacco roots, stems and leaves, suggesting promising potential for biocontrol applications.
