      氮沉降对植食性昆虫的影响是预测害虫种群分布及暴发的重要研究内容。本研究以东亚飞蝗Locusta migratoria manilensis为研究对象, 分别测定了东亚飞蝗对不同施氮量处理小麦的取食偏好、取食量、近似消化率、存活等。随着施氮量的增加, 小麦叶片内氮和粗蛋白含量均显著增加。取食试验结果显示, 试虫对未施氮对照组小麦叶片的取食量最高, 但高氮处理组个体的近似消化率最高。随着施氮量增加, 试虫日均取食频次和取食量下降。施氮组试虫存活率及寿命显著低于对照组。以上结果表明, 东亚飞蝗偏好选择低氮植物, 低氮植物更有利于东亚飞蝗的存活。研究结果为蝗虫对氮沉降的响应规律研究补充理论数据。
英文摘要:
      The effect of nitrogen deposition on phytophagous insects is crucial for predicting population distribution and outbreaks. This study investigated the effects of wheat treated with different nitrogen application rates on feeding preference, food intake, approximate digestibility and survival of Locusta migratoria manilensis. The results showed that as nitrogen application increased, the nitrogen and crude protein content in wheat leaves significantly increased. Feeding trials showed that locusts exhibited higher food intake on non-fertilized wheat leaves (control group), whereas the highest approximate digestibility was observed in the high-nitrogen treatment group. Increasing nitrogen levels resulted in reduced feeding frequency and food intake among locusts. The survival rate and lifespan were significantly lower in nitrogen-treated groups compared to the control group. These results indicate that L. migratoria manilensis prefer low-nitrogen plants, which enhance their survival, while high-nitrogen conditions negatively impact their feeding and longevity. The results provide theoretical data to support research on locust response to nitrogen deposition.
