丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, AMF)是一类重要的土壤真菌, 能够与植物根系形成共生体, 诱导植物增强抗病性, 间作可有效缓解土传病害的发生。目前, 对AMF的研究多集中在其对宿主植物病原物的抑制效应。本文综述了间作对土传病害的控制作用, 系统总结了间作种植对AMF的影响, 全面梳理了AMF增强间作缓解土传病害的作用机制, 同时, 探讨和展望了研究的局限性和面临问题, 旨在为AMF和间作种植缓解土传病害提供一定的理论依据。 |

Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) are an important group of soil fungi that form symbiosis with plant roots, enhancing plant’s disease resistance. Intercropping effectively alleviates the occurrence of soil-borne diseases. Most research on AMF has focused on its inhibitory effects on plant pathogens. This article reviews the role of AMF-enhanced intercropping in controlling soil-borne diseases, systematically summarizing the effects of intercropping on AMF. It also discusses the mechanisms by which AMF alleviates soil-borne diseases and addresses the limitations and challenges faced by current AMF research. The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for the use of AMF and intercropping practices to alleviate soil-borne diseases. |
