| 由苹果锈果类病毒(apple scar skin viroid, ASSVd)引起的苹果锈果病, 是危害我国苹果生产的主要病害之一。不仅造成减产, 而且降低果实品质, 甚至使果实完全失去商品价值, 造成严重的经济损失。更重要的是, 苹果锈果病危害我国苹果生产已长达百年。为增进对ASSVd的了解, 更有效防控苹果锈果病, 保障我国苹果产业的健康发展, 本文综述了ASSVd的发现、分布与危害、生物学特性、基因组特征、遗传变异、检测方法及技术、致病机制以及防控等方面的研究进展。 |

| Apple scar skin disease caused by apple scar skin viroid (ASSVd) is a major viral disease that threatens apple production in China. The disease not only causes yield reduction but also decreases fruit quality, and in severe cases, renders the fruit completely unmarketable, leading to significant economic losses. More importantly, this disease has plagued apple production in China for nearly a century. To enhance our understanding of ASSVd and to better control apple scar skin disease, this paper reviews research progress in areas such as the discovery, distribution and damage of the disease, biological and genome characteristics, genetic variation, detection methods and techniques, pathogenesis, and disease control. |
