为了探索如何利用性诱和花香诱来有效监测草地螟Loxostege sticticalis种群并指导防控, 本试验对诱捕器结构、颜色、悬挂高度及昼夜节律对诱捕蛾量的影响进行研究。结果显示, 对于性诱, 夜蛾诱捕器平均诱蛾量最少, 其他3种诱捕器(新型飞蛾、开放式双漏斗诱捕器和通用型诱捕器)平均诱蛾量无显著差异;对于花香诱, 通用型诱捕器平均诱蛾量最高。高度试验显示, 性诱新型飞蛾诱捕器的进虫口离植株叶冠顶部10 cm最佳, 50、90、130 cm高度的诱捕量较低。花香诱随着高度的升高, 诱捕量逐步减少。诱捕器颜色对草地螟的平均诱蛾量影响也很大, 性诱诱捕器最佳为红色;花香诱诱捕器颜色对草地螟的诱捕效果影响不显著,但黑色、白色和绿色诱捕器诱捕的非靶标昆虫较少,而黄色和蓝色诱捕器诱捕的胡蜂等非靶标昆虫较多。在内蒙古克什克腾旗, 性诱诱集到草地螟成虫的时间在22:00-02:00, 而花香诱在每日04:00之后开始诱到成虫, 在06:00-07:00到达最高, 之后一直延续到24:00。因此, 性诱与花香诱的昼夜时间节律正好相反。性诱和花香诱在时间节律上的差异也反映了2种方法所诱捕成虫的生理状态的差异。 |

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of sex pheromone and floral attractants in monitoring Loxostege sticticalis population and guiding its control. We investigated the effects of trap design, color, placement height and diel rhythms on moth capture efficiency. The results showed that for sex pheromone trapping, the noctuid trap had the lowest capture rate, whereas the other three traps (the newly modified flying moth trap, the open double-funnel trap, and the universal trap) had no significant differences in capture efficiency. For floral attractants trapping, the universal trap was the most effective. Trap placement height significantly influenced capture efficiency. The optimal height for the newly modified moth trap was 10 cm above the plant canopy, while captures at 50, 90, and 130 cm were lower. For floral attractants trapping, moth capture declined with increasing trap height. Trap color for sex pheromone trapping significantly affected moth capture, with the optimal color of red, whereas the color of trap containing floral attractants has no significant effect on the trapping effect of meadow moths. However, when the traps are black, white, and green, fewer non-target insects are trapped, while yellow and blue traps trap more non-target insects such as wasps. In Hexigten banner, Inner Mongolia, the diel rhythms for moth catches using sex pheromone traps occurred between 22:00 and 02:00, whereas floral attractants traps began attracting moths after 04:00, peaking between 06:00 and 07:00, and continuing until midnight. This opposite diel rhythm between the two trapping methods suggests differences in the physiological states of moths captured by each method. |
