      为明确球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana与鱼藤酮联用对草地螟Loxostege sticticalis幼虫的防治效果, 本研究通过室内生物测定比较6株球孢白僵菌对草地螟2龄幼虫的致病力, 筛选获得高致病力菌株;利用该高致病力菌株与植物源农药鱼藤酮联用防治草地螟幼虫, 以获得联用效果;通过比较球孢白僵菌、鱼藤酮联用处理相对于单剂处理下草地螟的防御酶活性变化, 探讨菌药增效机制。结果表明, 6株球孢白僵菌中JDB菌株对幼虫的致病力最强, 用孢子浓度1×108个/mL的悬浮液处理草地螟幼虫10 d后, 校正死亡率达88.53%。将3个浓度的JDB孢子悬浮液(1×108、1×107个/mL和1×106个/mL)分别与LC10(1.60 mg/L)和LC20(2.95 mg/L)鱼藤酮混配, 其中,1×107个/mL+LC20、1×107个/mL+LC10、1×106个/mL+LC20和1×106个/mL+LC104个组合在第10天均表现为增效作用, χ2均大于3.841, 分别为8.76、6.07、14.99和13.79。酶活性测定结果表明, 球孢白僵菌与鱼藤酮联用处理的试虫体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在处理后48 h和60 h显著高于各单剂处理, 羧酸酯酶(CarE)的活性在处理后60 h显著高于各单剂处理。综上所述, 鱼藤酮对球孢白僵菌JDB防治草地螟具有协同增效作用。
英文摘要:
      The pathogenicity of six Beauveria bassiana strains against larvae of Loxostege sticticalis was tested in the laboratory to select the most virulent strain for combined use with the plant-derived pesticide rotenone. The synergistic mechanism of fungal and pesticide treatment was explored by comparing the changes in defense enzyme activities of L. sticticalis under combined treatment compared to single-agent treatment. The results showed that the JDB strain was the most virulent among the tested B. bassiana strains, achieving a corrected mortality rate of 88.53% after 10 days when larvae were treated with a suspension containing 1×108 spores/mL. Three concentrations of JDB spore suspensions (1×108, 1×107 and 1×106 spores/mL) were combined with two doses of rotenone (LC20: 2.95 mg/L and LC10: 1.60 mg/L). Synergistic effects were observed on the 10th day for combinations of 1×107 spores/mL+LC20, 1×107 spores/mL+LC10, 1×106 spores/mL+LC20 and 1×106 spores/mL+LC10, with χ2 values exceeding 3.841 (8.76, 6.07, 14.99 and 13.79, respectively). Enzyme activity analysis revealed that the combined treatment significantly increased superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) activities at 48 h and 60 h compared to single-agent treatments. Additionally, the activity of carboxylesterase (CarE) was significantly higher than that in single-agent treatments at 60 h. In conclusion, the combination of rotenone with the JDB strain of B. bassiana demonstrated a synergistic effect, enhancing its virulence against L. sticticalis larvae.
