小麦矮腥黑穗病是危害程度大、防治难度高的对外检疫性麦类黑穗病之一。为筛选出对其有效的杀菌剂, 本研究通过琼脂平板孢子萌芽法测定了5种杀菌剂原药对小麦矮腥黑粉菌的毒力, 再通过盆栽拌种试验评估了5种原药对应的商品制剂对小麦矮腥黑穗病的防治效果。结果表明, 5种杀菌剂对小麦矮腥黑粉菌均有毒力, 其中咯菌腈和苯醚甲环唑毒力最强, EC50为0.495 7 μg/mL和0.652 9 μg/mL。在盆栽拌种试验中, 5种药剂均有一定防效, 其中25 g/L咯菌腈SC和30 g/L苯醚甲环唑SC防治效果均显著高于其余3种药剂, 防治效果分别为87.00%和85.42%。本研究为小麦矮腥黑穗病的化学防控提供了理论依据。 |

Wheat dwarf bunt is one of the most harmful and difficult-to-control wheat smut quarantine diseases. To screen effective fungicides, the toxicity of five fungicides to Tilletia controversa Kühn was determined by the agar plate spore germination method, and the control effects of their corresponding commercial formulations were evaluated via pot seed dressing tests. The results showed that all five fungicides exhibited toxicity to T.controversa, among which fludioxonil and difenoconazole had the strongest toxicity, with EC50 values of 0.495 7 μg/mL and 0.652 9 μg/mL, respectively. In the pot seed dressing experiment, all five fungicides demonstrated certain control effects. Among them, fludioxonil 25 g/L SC and difenoconazole 30 g/L SC exhibited significantly higher control effects compared to the other treatments, with efficacy rates of 87.00% and 85.42%, respectively. This study provides a theoretical basis for the chemical control of wheat dwarf bunt. |
