      桃小食心虫Carposina sasakii是我国北方落叶果树第一大害虫, 以幼虫蛀果为害, 田间主要防治卵和初孵幼虫, 筛选对其具有高活性且对环境安全的药剂具有重要意义。本研究通过浸卵和浸果法分别测定了15种杀虫剂对桃小食心虫1~2日龄、5~6日龄卵及初孵幼虫的毒力。结果表明, 虫螨腈、杀铃脲、多杀霉素、毒死蜱、灭幼脲和乙基多杀菌素对1~2日龄卵活性较高, LC50在3.41~9.13 mg/L之间。多杀霉素和乙基多杀菌素对桃小食心虫5~6日龄卵具有较高活性, LC50分别为2.17 mg/L和8.23 mg/L, 显著低于其他药剂; 高效氯氰菊酯和多杀霉素对初孵幼虫毒力最高, LC50为1.89 mg/L和1.92 mg/L, 其次是高效氯氟氰菊酯、毒死蜱、乙基多杀菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、氯虫苯甲酰胺、呋虫胺、虫螨腈和四唑虫酰胺, LC50在4.00~9.58 mg/L之间。多杀霉素和乙基多杀菌素对桃小食心虫卵和初孵幼虫兼具较高活性, 该2种药剂在未来防治桃小食心虫上具有很大的发展潜力。

      The peach fruit moth, Carposina sasakii Matsumura (Lepidoptera: Carposina), is the primary pest of deciduous fruit trees in northern China. Larvae damage the fruit, making eggs and neonate larvae the key targets for control in the field. This study aimed to screen insecticides with high activity against C. asakii and environmental safety. The toxicity of 15 insecticides to 1-2-day-old and 5-6-day-old eggs, and neonate larvae was determined using the egg dipping and fruit dipping methods. The results showed that chlorfenapyr, triflumuron, spinosad, chlorpyrifos, chlorbenzuron and spinetoram exhibited higher activity against 1-2-day-old eggs, with LC50 values ranging from 3.41 to 9.13 mg/L. Spinosad and spinetoram also showed higher activity against 5-6-day-old eggs, with LC50 values of 2.17 mg/L and 8.23 mg/L, respectively, significantly lower than other insecticides. Beta-cypermethrin and spinosad exhibited the highest toxicity against neonate larvae, with LC50 value of 1.89 mg/L and 1.92 mg/L, respectively, followed by lambda-cyhalothrin, chlorpyrifos, spinetoram, emamectin benzoate, chlorantraniliprole, dinotefuran, chlorfenapyr, and tetraniliprole, with LC50 values ranging from 4.00 to 9.58 mg/L. These findings suggest that spinosad and spinetoram display high activity against both eggs and neonate larvae of C. asakii, highlighting their potential for future control strategies.
