      二化螟Chilo suppressalis (Walker)是威胁我国水稻生产安全的重要害虫之一, 被列入《一类农作物病虫害名录》。由于长江中下游稻区二化螟已对多种主防药剂产生了高水平抗性, 导致二化螟的田间防控缺少高效药剂。环丙氟虫胺是新研发的间二酰胺类新杀虫剂, 与目前常用的二化螟防治药剂的作用机理不同。为明确其对抗氯虫苯甲酰胺二化螟的控制效果, 2021年-2023年间采用稻苗浸渍法测定了3省7个不同抗药性水平的二化螟田间种群对环丙氟虫胺的敏感性, 结果表明环丙氟虫胺对二化螟具有很高的室内活性, LC50为0.015~0.059 mg/L, 所有测定种群对环丙氟虫胺均处于敏感水平。2023年, 分别在安徽池州、湖南祁东与江西泰和开展环丙氟虫胺对二化螟的田间药效试验, 结果表明, 用10%环丙氟虫胺DC 30、40 mL/667m2施药, 湖南祁东药后14 d的杀虫防效均为95.2%, 药后24 d保苗防效为86.1%~94.2%; 江西泰和药后16 d的杀虫防效和保苗防效分别为92.9%~100%和93.7%~100%; 安徽池州药后16 d的杀虫防效为91.5%~92.7%, 28 d的保苗防效为90.0%~93.2%; 而对照药剂20%氯虫苯甲酰胺SC防效均低于45%, 且人工喷雾与无人机喷雾2种施药方式间环丙氟虫胺的防效无显著差异, 因此10%环丙氟虫胺DC对高抗氯虫苯甲酰胺二化螟具有优异的防治效果。

      Chilo suppressalis (Walker) is one of the important pests threatening rice production in China and has been listed as a primary crop pest. Due to high resistance to multiple commonly used insecticides in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, there is a lack of effective insecticides for its control. Cyproflanilide, a newly developed meta-diamide insecticide, operates via a different mechanism compared to currently used insecticides. To assess its efficacy against C. suppressalis populations resistant to chlorantraniliprole, the susceptibilities of seven field populations collected from three provinces with varying resistance levels were determined using the rice seedling dipping method from 2021 to 2023. The results showed that cyproflanilide exhibited high activity against C. suppressalis, with LC50 values ranging from 0.015 mg/L to 0.059 mg/L, and all tested populations were sensitive to cyproflanilide. In 2023, the field efficacy trials in Chizhou (Anhui), Qidong (Hunan) and Taihe (Jiangxi) demonstrated its effectiveness. At application rates of 30 and 40 mg/667m2 of cyproflanilide 10% DC, the larval mortality rate in Qidong was 95.2% 14 days post-treatment, with plant protection efficacy ranging from 86.1% to 94.2% after 24 days. In Taihe, larval mortality rates were 92.9%-100%, and plant protection efficacy was 93.7%-100% after 16 days. In Chizhou, larval mortality was 91.5%-92.7% after 16 days, with plant protection efficacy of 90.0%-93.2% after 28 days. In comparison, the control efficacy of chlorantraniliprole 20% SC was lower than 45%. Additionally, no significant difference was observed between artificial spraying and drone spraying methods for cyproflanilide application. These findings confirm that cyproflanilide 10% DC exhibits excellent control efficacy against chlorantraniliprole-resistant C. suppressalis.
