      为明确安徽省草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda田间种群对杀虫剂的敏感性水平变化情况, 2020年-2022年连续3年从安徽省池州市东至县、宣城市宁国市、蚌埠市怀远县、宿州市埇桥区、阜阳市颍泉区5个地区采集草地贪夜蛾地理种群, 对农业农村部推荐的虫螨腈、虱螨脲、乙基多杀菌素和四氯虫酰胺4种单剂进行了室内毒力测定。结果表明,不同年份安徽5个地区采集的草地贪夜蛾田间种群对虫螨腈、虱螨脲、乙基多杀菌素和四氯虫酰胺的LC50分别在0.95~1.41、12.56~16.06、0.25~0.55 mg/L和0.47~0.61 mg/L之间, 不同年份间LC50变化较小, 意味着草地贪夜蛾对4种药剂的敏感性变化不大。今后仍需加强草地贪夜蛾对常用杀虫剂的抗性监测, 以指导安徽地区田间科学用药, 减缓草地贪夜蛾抗药性的产生。

      To monitor the changes of the sensitivity to insecticides of Spodoptera frugiperda in Anhui province, from 2020 to 2022, geographic populations of S. frugiperda were collected from five regions in Anhui province, including Dongzhi county in Chizhou city, Ningguo city in Xuancheng city, Huaiyuan county in Bengbu city, Yongqiao district in Suzhou city, and Yingquan district in Fuyang city. Bioassay for four single active ingredient recommended by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, namely chlorfenapyr, lufenuron, spinetoram, and tetrachlorantraniliprole was determined. The results showed that the LC50 values of chlorfenapyr, lufenuron, spinetoram, and tetrachlorantraniliprole were 0.95-1.41, 12.56-16.06, 0.25-0.55, 0.47-0.61 mg/L, respectively, across the different years. The variation in LC50 values among years was minimal, indicating little change in sensitivity of S. frugiperda to these four insecticides. In the future, it is still necessary to monitor the resistance of the S. frugiperda to commonly used insecticides to guide the scientific use of pesticides in the fields of Anhui province and slow down the resistance development in S. frugiperda.
