| 为明确自主选育的甘蔗优良品系对黑穗病的抗性水平, 采用浸渍接种法对135份甘蔗优良品系进行黑穗病抗性鉴定。结果表明:135份甘蔗优良品系中综合抗性水平表现为高抗至中抗的品系有47份, 占34.81%; 中感至高感2的品系有88份, 占65.19%。其中综合抗性水平为高抗的甘蔗品系有8份, 占5.93%; 综合抗性水平为抗病的甘蔗品系有26份, 占19.26%; 综合抗性水平为中抗的甘蔗品系有13份, 占9.63%; 综合抗性水平为中感的甘蔗品系有32份, 占23.70%; 综合抗性水平为感病的甘蔗品系有50份, 占37.04%; 综合抗性水平为高感的甘蔗品系有6份, 占4.44%。综合抗性水平表现为高抗黑穗病的‘中蔗1613503’‘桂南蔗143001’‘桂南蔗142401’‘中蔗140802’‘中蔗151005’‘中蔗16183’‘中蔗144101’和‘中蔗15421’等8个品系, 可作为高抗黑穗病品种加以示范推广, 也可以作为抗黑穗病亲本进一步杂交利用。 |

| To clarify the smut resistance levels of elite sugarcane lines, 135 elite sugarcane lines were evaluated for smut resistance using the dipping inoculation method. The results showed that 47 of the 135 sugarcane lines exhibited high to moderate resistance, accounting for 34.81%, while 88 lines were moderately to highly susceptible, accounting for 65.19%. Among these, 8 sugarcane lines showed high resistance, accounting for 5.93%; 26 lines were resistant, accounting for 19.26%; 13 lines were moderately resistant, accounting for 9.63%; 32 lines were moderately susceptible, accounting for 23.70%; and 50 lines were susceptible, accounting for 37.04%; and 6 lines were highly susceptible, accounting for 4.44%. The highly resistant sugarcane lines ‘ZZ1613503’ ‘GNZ143001’ ‘GNZ142401’ ‘ZZ140802’ ‘ZZ151005’ ‘ZZ16183’ ‘ZZ144101’and ‘ZZ15421’ can be promoted as high-resistance varieties for smut control and can also be used as resistant parents for further breeding programs. |
