      为明确辣椒叶斑病病原菌种类并筛选高效防治药剂, 采用组织分离法分离病原菌, 基于病原菌致病性、形态和分子生物学特征确定其分类地位, 采用菌丝生长抑制法测定病原菌对杀菌剂的敏感性。分离获得形态特征一致的17个菌株。在PDA培养基上, 菌落灰绿色, 分生孢子器暗褐色、球形或扁球形, 直径为72.50~158.80 μm。分生孢子无色、透明, 椭圆、圆柱形, 单孢或双孢, 大小为(3.15~7.84) μm×(1.58~3.45) μm。基于rDNA-ITS、LSU、RPB2和TUB2基因序列联合构建系统发育树显示, 病原菌与Stagonosporopsis pogostemonis单独聚成一支。15%咪鲜胺微乳剂和10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂对病原菌有较好的抑制作用, EC50在0.2~0.4 mg/L之间。研究结果可为辣椒叶斑病的防治提供依据。

      To identify the pathogen of pepper leaf spot and screen effective fungicides, strains were isolated using tissue isolation methods. The taxonomic status of the pathogens was determined based on pathogenicity, morphological and molecular biological characteristics. The sensitivity of the pathogen to fungicides was assessed using the mycelia growth inhibition method. Seventeen isolates with consistent morphological characteristics were obtained. Colonies grown on PDA medium appeared gray-green, with pycnidia that were dark brown, spherical or oblate, measuring 72.50-158.80 μm in diameter. Conidia were hyaline, single-celled or two-celled, oval, cylindrical, and measured (3.15-7.84) μm×(1.58-3.45) μm. Phylogenetic analysis based on rDNA-ITS, LSU, RPB2 and TUB2 gene sequences revealed that representative isolates clustered with Stagonosporopsis pogostemonis into a single clade. Both 15% prochloraz ME and 10% difenoconazole WG had strong inhibitory effects on the mycelial growth of pathogens, with EC50 values ranging from 0.2 to 0.4 mg/L. These findings provide a scientific basis for controlling pepper leaf spot.
