      为明确叉角厉蝽Eocanthecona furcellata对灰茶尺蠖Ectropis grisescens幼虫的生物防控潜能, 在室内测定了叉角厉蝽4~5龄若虫和雌成虫对灰茶尺蠖3~5龄幼虫的捕食功能反应、搜寻效应及对灰茶尺蠖3龄幼虫的捕食效率, 并探究了叉角厉蝽5龄若虫和雌成虫的种内干扰效应。结果显示:叉角厉蝽4~5龄若虫和雌成虫均能捕食灰茶尺蠖3~5龄幼虫, 且捕食功能反应符合Holling Ⅱ模型。叉角厉蝽对灰茶尺蠖幼虫的控害效能表现为叉角厉蝽雌成虫>5龄若虫>4龄若虫, 同一龄期叉角厉蝽的捕食量随猎物龄期的增大而逐渐减小。叉角厉蝽雌成虫、5龄与4龄若虫对灰茶尺蠖3龄幼虫的日最大捕食量依次为35.7、29.3头和25.3头。由此可见, 雌成虫对灰茶尺蠖3龄幼虫的捕食能力最强。叉角厉蝽对灰茶尺蠖幼虫的搜寻效应随猎物密度的降低逐渐提高。此外, 叉角厉蝽5龄若虫和雌成虫对灰茶尺蠖3龄幼虫的捕食作用受到自身密度的干扰, 雌成虫的种内干扰作用大于5龄若虫。捕食效率以叉角厉蝽雌成虫的搜索时长和刺吸时长最短。

      To clarify the biological control potential of Eocanthecona furcellata against Ectropis grisescens larvae, indoor experiments were conducted to investigate the predatory functional responses and search effects of the 4th-5th instar nymphs and female adults on the 3rd-5th instar larvae of E. grisescens. The predatory efficiency of the 4th-5th instar nymphs and female adults and the intraspecific interference effects of the 5th instar nymphs and female adults on the 3rd instar E. grisescens were also investigated. The results showed that predation by the 4th-5th stage nymphs and female adult of E. furcellata followed the Holling Ⅱ model. The predation capacity was ranked as follows: female adults>the 5th instar nymphs>the 4th instar nymphs. Predation amount decreased as prey instars increased. The maximum daily consumption of female adults, the 5th and 4th instar nymphs on the 3rd instar E. grisescens were 35.7, 29.3, and 25.3 individuals, respectively, indicating that the female adults had the strongest predation ability. The searching effect of E. furcellata increased as prey density decreased. However, predation was influenced by intraspecific interference, with the rank of interference as follows: female adults>the 5th instar nymphs. Predation efficiency tests revealed that female adults exhibited the shortest search and feeding durations.
