白粉病是月季?玫瑰?蔷薇等蔷薇属植物的主要病害之一?我国现有的防治月季白粉病的药剂因长期使用, 部分已产生抗药性, 亟待研发新的杀菌剂满足绿色防控和抗性治理的需求?本研究以苯菌酮原药和制剂为供试药剂, 通过室内毒力测定?安全性测定?田间防效检验和在云南月季生产基地的推广示范试验, 系统评价了苯菌酮对月季白粉病菌的抑制效果和毒力, 对景观?微型和切花3个不同应用场景的月季品种的安全性, 及其对月季白粉病的田间防治效果和推广前景?结果表明:苯菌酮对月季白粉病菌具有显著的抑制作用, 其EC50为0.05 μg/mL, 具有很强的杀菌活性; 42%苯菌酮悬浮剂在田间推荐最高剂量(有效成分用量250 mg/kg)的1?2?4倍用量喷雾施药条件下, 对常见的景观月季?微型月季和切花月季3种类型均无药害, 对生长安全; 42%苯菌酮悬浮剂(有效成分用量167~250 mg/kg)(50 L/667m2, 密度1万株/667m2)对月季白粉病的防效为65.36%~70.35%, 等同或优于对照药剂45%唑醚·戊唑醇悬浮剂的防效(54.34%); 该药剂对切花月季-单头类的‘白荔枝’‘粉荔枝’‘含香’和多头类‘乐悠’4个品种安全, 有效成分用量200 mg/kg对‘含香’(60~110 L/667m2, 切花枝密度2.5~3.0万枝/667m2)和‘乐悠’(58~80 L/667m2, 切花枝密度2.5~3.0万枝/667m2)2个供试品种的白粉病的平均防效为77.73%~86.02%, 具有良好的防控效果, 在生产中可用于防治月季白粉病, 具有推广示范价值? |

Powdery mildew is the main disease of Rosa chinensis, R.rugosa, R.multiflora etc.in the Rosa genus. Due to long-time application, some of the current fungicide for prevention and control powdery mildew of Rosa showed resistance in China. In this study, the inhibitory rate and toxicity of metrafenone on rose powdery mildew were tested, its safety to three rose varieties, including landscape, miniature and cut flowers, were evaluated, and field effect and its popularization was determined. The results showed that metrafenone had a significantly inhibitory effect on Podosphaera pannosa, with the EC50 value of 0.05 μg/mL. Metrafenone 42% SC was safe to landscape roses, miniature roses and cut roses, when applied by 1 times, 2 times, and 4 times of the maximum recommended dosage (250 mg/kg of active ingredient). Field trials indicated that metrafenone had good control effect. When metrafenone 42% SC was applied at 167-250 mg/kg, the control efficacy was 65.36%-70.35%, which was equivalent to or better than the control fungicide, pyraclostrobin·tebuconazole 45% SC (54.34%). Popularization and demonstration experiments showed that metrafenone 42% SC was safe to four varieties of cut roses, and the average efficacy was 77.73%-86.02% in two varieties, ‘Han xiang’and ‘Le you’, when applied at 200 mg/kg. |
