      百合黄化问题已经成为限制兰州百合产业发展的重要因素之一, 为明确兰州百合黄化田间发生情况, 筛选出防效好且对百合安全的生物农药, 本试验对兰州百合黄化田间发生情况进行了调查, 测定了几种药剂处理的室内和田间防治效果?调查发现甘肃省定西市临洮县百合种植基地的兰州百合黄化现象普遍, 黄化率在85%以上, 黄化指数为37.48, 其主要症状表现为部分叶片乃至全株叶片黄化; 随着黄化程度加重, 兰州百合植株叶片中叶绿素a?叶绿素b?总叶绿素?类胡萝卜素含量均显著降低, 全株黄化的叶片中上述色素含量比健康叶片降低87%以上; 10%解草酮DP?3%赤霉素EC?80%盐酸吗啉胍WP?0.01%芸苔素内酯EC 4种药剂对百合黄化室内和田间防效均在70%以上, 可显著提高叶绿素含量, 各色素的最低提高率在130%以上?

      Yellowing disease has become one of the important factors limiting the development of industry of Lanzhou lily. In this study, the occurrence of yellowing disease in the planting base of Lanzhou lily was investigated and control effects of several pesticides were determined in field and greenhouse. The investigation found that the yellowing phenomenon of Lanzhou lily is very common in the planting base in Lintao county, Dingxi city, Gansu province, with the yellowing rate above 85% and the yellowing index of 37.48. The partial or the entire leaves of diseased plants turned yellow, the contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll and carotenoid in the leaves decreased as the yellowing degree increased, with more than 87% decline of pigment content in the leaves of yellowing plant compared with the healthy leaves. Pesticides screening revealed that benoxacor 10% DP, gibberellin 3% EC, moroxydine hydrochloride 80% WP , and brassinolide 0.01% EC could significantly increase the chlorophyll content by more than 130%, with control effect of above 70% on yellowing disease both in greenhouse and in the field .
