      为明确田间不同食诱剂对实蝇的诱捕效果, 2023年8月-11月, 在云南省昭通市鲁甸县小寨镇大坪村梨园比较了5种实蝇食诱剂对不同种类实蝇的诱集效果, 以期为果园实蝇种群监测和绿色防控提供理论依据?结果表明:小寨镇梨园诱捕到的实蝇种类主要为橘小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis?南亚实蝇Zeugodacus tau和具条实蝇Bactrocera scutellata; 5种食诱剂诱集的橘小实蝇?南亚实蝇和具条实蝇雌雄虫数量存在显著差异, 广谱型实蝇双性饵剂的诱集效果最好, 共诱集实蝇总数达23 307头, 诱集的3种实蝇雌虫?雄虫数量均显著高于其他4种食诱剂, 其次是实蝇双性引诱剂和实蝇浓饵剂; 同种食诱剂对南亚实蝇和具条实蝇不同性别的诱集效果差异不显著, 但对橘小实蝇不同性别的诱集效果存在显著差异; 5种食诱剂诱集昆虫的益害比存在差异, 实蝇食诱剂和广谱物理实蝇饵剂诱集昆虫的益害比最高, 实蝇双性引诱剂和广谱型实蝇双性饵剂诱集昆虫的益害比最低?综上, 实蝇食诱饵剂对实蝇成虫的诱集效果显著, 广谱型实蝇双性饵剂对梨园实蝇的诱集效果最好, 其对实蝇的诱集数量最多, 且对天敌伤害较小, 可作为果园橘小实蝇种群监测和防控的首选食诱饵剂, 其次为实蝇双性引诱剂和实蝇浓饵剂?
英文摘要:
      To elucidate trap efficacy of diverse food lures on fruit fly populations in situ, an investigation was conducted to compare attraction effects of five food-based attractants on various species of fruit flies within the pear orchard of Daping village, Xiaozhai town, Ludian county, Zhaotong city, during August to November in 2023. The results indicated that the predominantly captured species were Bactrocera dorsalis, Zeugodacus tau, and Bactrocera scutellata. A significant variance was observed in the capture rates of male and female adults across these species by different food lures. Notably, the broad-spectrum bisexual bait for fruit flies demonstrated superior effectiveness, capturing a total of 23 307 individuals. This bait exhibited significantly higher trap rates for both sexes of the three fruit flies compared to other four food lures, followed by the bisexual attractant and concentrated bait. No discernible difference was observed in the attraction efficiency of the food lures towards different sexes of Z. tau and B.scutellata, while notable difference was found in the trap rates between sexes of B.dorsalis. The results also highlighted variations in the benefit-pest ratios among the five food lures, with the highest ratios achieved by the fruit fly bait agent and the broad-spectrum physical bait, and the lowest ratios observed for the bisexual attractant and broad-spectrum bisexual bait. The above results indicated that the fly food bait exhibited significant trap efficacy on adult fruit flies, with the broad-spectrum bisexual bait being the most effective in capturing the largest numbers of fruit flies in pear orchards, while minimizing impact on natural predators, which can be recommended as the preferred lure for monitoring, prevention and controlling of fruit fly populations in orchards, followed by the bisexual and concentrated fruit fly baits.
