      为确定咪鲜胺对河南省禾谷镰孢Fusarium graminearum的抑菌活性, 测定了其对禾谷镰孢不同发育阶段的毒力?结果表明: 咪鲜胺对孢子萌发?分生孢子产生?芽管伸长和菌丝生长的有效抑制中浓度(EC50)分别为3.868 9?0.315 6?0.063 1 μg/mL和0.022 3 μg/mL?对2019年?2021年和2022年河南省6个地市随机选取的210株禾谷镰孢对咪鲜胺的敏感性进行测定?结果显示: 咪鲜胺对供试禾谷镰孢菌丝生长的EC50范围为0.001 8~0.057 2 μg/mL, 平均EC50为(0.023 3±0.008 6)μg/mL?敏感性频率分布呈单峰曲线, 符合正态分布?测定了咪鲜胺原药与叶菌唑?氰烯菌酯?氟啶胺?咯菌腈4种杀菌剂原药之间分别按照质量比1∶5?1∶3?1∶1?3∶1和5∶1配比的复配剂对禾谷镰孢的联合毒力?结果显示: 增效系数(SR)范围为0.54~3.94?不同组合?不同比例的复配剂均表现为相加作用或增效作用, 其中咪鲜胺∶氟啶胺按质量比3∶1复配时, 增效系数最大?表明咪鲜胺可以与叶菌唑?氰烯菌酯?氟啶胺?咯菌腈等杀菌剂复配使用?防效试验结果表明, 45%咪鲜胺水乳剂与50%氟啶胺悬浮剂按照3∶1比例复配以160 μg/mL, 深度喷施保护效果达到100%?本试验结果可以为小麦赤霉病的治理提供依据?

      To determine the inhibitory activity of prochloraz against Fusarium graminearum in Henan province, its toxicity to different developmental stages of F.graminearum were determined. The results showed that the EC50 of prochloraz for inhibiting spore germination, sporulation, germ tube elongation and mycelium growth were 3.868 9, 0.315 6, 0.063 1 and 0.022 3 μg/mL, respectively. Sensitivity testing was conducted on 210 F.graminearum isolates randomly selected from six cities in Henan province in 2019, 2021 and 2022. The results showed that the EC50 values for prochloraz against F.graminearum ranged from 0.001 8 to 0.057 2 μg/mL, with an average value of (0.023 3±0.008 6) μg/mL. The sensitivity distribution followed a single peak curve, consistent with a normal distribution. The combined toxicity of the mixture of prochloraz with metconazole, phenamacril, fluazinam, and fludioxonil was tested at the mass ratios of 1∶5, 1∶3, 1∶1, 3∶1 and 5∶1. The results showed that the synergistic ratio (SR) ranged from 0.54 to 3.94, with different mixtures exhibiting additive or synergistic effects. The highest synergistic ratio (SR) was observed on the mixtures of prochloraz and fluazinam with a mass ratio of 3∶1, indicating that prochloraz can be effectively used in combination with fungicides such as metconazole, phenamacril, fluazinam and fludioxonil. Protective effect of a mixture of 160 μg/mL of 45% prochloraz water emulsion with 50% fluazinam suspension at a ratio of 3∶1 achieved 100%. These results provide a basis for managing in wheat scab.
