      黄螟Tetramoera schistaceana (Snellen)的人工饲养繁殖, 可为深入开展黄螟的生物学和生态学特性研究以及防控技术研究提供稳定虫源?为明确茭白对黄螟生长发育和繁殖的影响, 本研究分别以新鲜茭白和甘蔗嫩茎为食料饲养黄螟, 对比分析了26℃条件下黄螟各虫态的发育历期?存活率和成虫繁殖力及其实验种群生命表参数?结果表明, 以茭白为食料, 黄螟能正常发育和繁殖; 茭白饲养的黄螟幼虫平均发育历期为19.77 d, 显著短于甘蔗饲养的幼虫发育历期(22.90 d), 幼虫发育相对整齐一致; 幼虫平均化蛹率为32.38%, 显著高于甘蔗饲养的幼虫(13.45%); 种群趋势指数(I)?内禀增长率(rm)及周限增长率(λ)分别为26.76?0.078 7和1.081 9, 均高于甘蔗的11.34?0.054 0和1.055 5?茭白作食料, 黄螟能很好地生长发育和繁殖, 可以用于黄螟的室内饲养繁殖?
英文摘要:
      Artificial breeding and reproduction of Tetramoera schistaceana (Snellen) can provide valuable experimental insects for further research on its biological and ecological characteristics, as well as control technology. This study compared the developmental duration, survival rate, adult reproductive capacity, and life parameters of T. schistaceana fed on wildrice stems versus sugarcane at 26℃. The results showed that T. schistaceana developed and reproduced normally on wildrice stems. The mean larval developmental duration of T.schistaceana feeding on wildrice stems was shorter (19.77 d), and the developmental uniformity was higher, compared to those feeding on sugarcane (22.90 d). The average larval pupation rate was 32.38%, significantly higher than that on sugarcane (13.45%). The population trend index (I), intrinsic rate of increase (rm), and finite rate of increase (λ) for wildrice stem were 26.76, 0.078 7, and 1.081 9, respectively, all higher than those for sugarcane, which were 11.34, 0.054 0 and 1.055 5. Feeding on wildrice stems allows T. schistaceana to grow, develop, and reproduce effectively, making wildrice stems a suitable medium for raising T.schistaceana indoors.
