      花椒流胶病是危害花椒植株的主要病害之一, 严重影响花椒的品质和产量?三线镰刀菌Fusarium tricinctum是引起花椒流胶病的主要病原菌?本研究利用裂褶菌Schizophyllum commune HJ-18的发酵滤液, 探讨其对三线镰刀菌生长发育?细胞壁完整性?细胞膜通透性?活性氧代谢以及抗氧化酶活性的影响?结果表明, 经裂褶菌菌株HJ-18发酵滤液处理后, 三线镰刀菌的生物量和产孢量分别显著降低18.84%(第7天)和35.81%(第7天); 碱性磷酸酶活性和几丁质酶活性分别比对照组高73.66% (12 h)和24.63% (12 h); 电导率比对照组高1.48倍(36 h), 蛋白质和核酸等大分子物质泄漏, 在处理36 h时胞外蛋白质和核酸含量比对照组高85.94%和64.54%, 处理12 h MDA含量是对照组的1.2倍; 此外, 处理后期产生O-2能力较对照显著降低39.19% (36 h), H2O2的含量比对照组高88% (36 h); SOD活性比对照组低36.61% (12 h), CAT?POD活性较对照组分别增加55.84% (36 h)和141.7% (36 h)?综上所述, 菌株HJ-18发酵滤液抑制三线镰刀菌的机理可能是抑制其生长发育, 破坏细胞壁完整性和细胞膜通透性影响活性氧代谢?抗氧化酶活性?

      Gummosis of Zanthoxylum is one of the main diseases of Zanthoxylum plants, which seriously harms the quality and yield of pepper. Fusarium tricinctum is the main pathogen causing gummosis. In this study, the fermentation filtrate of Schizophyllum commune HJ-18 was used to investigate its effects on the growth and development, cell wall integrity, cell membrane permeability, reactive oxygen species metabolism and antioxidant enzymes activities of F.tricinctum. The results showed that treatment with the fermentation filtrate significantly reduced the biomass and sporulation of F. tricinctum by 18.84% (7th day) and 35.81% (7th day), respectively. Alkaline phosphatase activity and chitinase activity were 73.66% (12 h) and 24.63% (12 h) higher than those in the control group, respectively. Conductivity was 1.48 times (36 h) higher than that in the control group, and the macromolecules, such as proteins and nucleic acids leaked, with an increased content of 85.94% and 64.54% in extracelluar compared to the control 36 h after treatment. The MDA content was 1.2 times of the control group (12 h). In addition, in the late-stage of treatment a 39.19% (36 h) reduction in O- 2-producing levels compared to the control was observed, while the content of H2O2 increased by 88% (36 h). The activity of SOD was 36.61% (12 h) lower than that in the control group, whereas the activities of CAT and POD increased by 55.84% (36 h) and 141.7% (36 h), respectively. In summary, the antifungal mechanism of the HJ-18 fermentation filtrate may involve inhibiting the growth of F. tricinctum, disrupting cell wall integrity, and affecting reactive oxygen species metabolism and antioxidant enzyme activity.
