      2017年-2021年在甘肃南部的白龙江林区发现云杉Picea asperata感染一种锈病, 为了进一步了解病原菌的发生规律和生活史, 制定合理的防治策略, 本研究对引起锈病的病原菌进行了鉴定?首先在光学显微镜和扫描电镜下观察锈孢子形态特征并测量其大小, 进行初步鉴定; 随后通过扩增?测序获得ITS序列, 在NCBI上进行序列同源性比对分析, 构建系统发育树, 进一步鉴定病原菌?结果表明, 在白龙江林区3个保护站(林场)发现的云杉锈病病原菌为伏鲁宁金锈菌Chrysomyxa woroninii Tranz., 锈病为云杉芽锈病, 这是首次发现伏鲁宁金锈菌侵染云杉?
英文摘要:
      A suspected spruce rust was found in Bailongjiang forest in southern Gansu province. The pathogen was identified in order to understand the occurrence rule and life cycle of the rust fungus, and formulate the reasonable control measure. The samples were collected from Bailongjiang forest, and pathogen was primarily identified by spore morphological characteristics observed with light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, and ITS sequence analysis. The results showed that the pathogen causing rust on Picea asperata was identified as Chrysomyxa woroninii Tranz.. This is the first report of spruce bud rust caused by C. woroninii on P. asperata.
