      2021年在河南金银花Lonicera japonica Thunb.产区调查发现了一种金银花叶部病害?本研究采用组织分离法和叶片接种进行病原菌分离和致病性测定, 结合形态学观察和多序列(ITS?EF-1α及β-tubulin)联合分析对病原菌进行鉴定, 并进一步就病原菌生物学特性及其杀菌剂筛选开展了研究?结果表明, 引起河南金银花叶斑病的病原菌为多主棒孢Corynespora cassiicola, 代表菌株JYH1的最适生长培养基为PDA, 可利用多种碳源和氮源, 菌丝生长最适温度为28℃, 最适pH为6, 全光照条件下菌丝生长最优, 菌丝的致死条件为57℃, 10 min?室内杀菌剂筛选结果表明, 咯菌腈对菌株JYH1的毒力最强, EC50 为0.14 μg/mL; 其次为戊唑醇和甲基硫菌灵?研究结果为金银花棒孢叶斑病的发生规律及防治研究提供了重要参考?

      In 2021, a new leaf spot disease on Lonicera japonica Thumb. was observed in Henan province. In this study, the pathogen was isolated and purified by conventional tissue isolation, and a pathogenicity test was carried out through leaf inoculation. The pathogen was identified by morphological observation and multi-sequence analysis (ITS, EF-1α and β-tubulin). The biological characteristics and fungicides for its control were further studied. The results indicated that the pathogen causing leaf spot of L. japonica was Corynespora cassiicola. The most suitable mycelial growth medium for the virulent isolate JYH1 was PDA, and the isolate could utilize a variety of carbon and nitrogen sources. The optimum growth temperature was 28℃, and the optimum pH was six. Full light was more favorable for mycelium growth. The lethal condition for mycelia was 57℃ for 10 min. The results of laboratory fungicide screening showed that fludioxonil had the strongest toxicity against isolate JYH1, with EC50 values of 0.14 μg/mL, followed by tebuconazole and thiophanate-methyl. These results could provide an important reference for research on occurrence regularity and control method of leaf spot disease on Lonicera japonica.
