      胡萝卜微管蚜Semiaphis heraclei寄主广泛,因此可能存在对不同寄主植物的适应性分化。本文检测了胡萝卜微管蚜的金银花种群和北沙参种群在芹菜Apium graveolens、金银花Lonicera japonica、白芷Angelica dahurica、北沙参Glehnia littoralis和柴胡Bupleurum chinense上的适合度参数及寄主选择行为。结果表明:两个寄主种群在不同植物上的适合度参数存在显著差异,如在北沙参上金银花种群的若虫总发育历期显著长于北沙参种群。金银花种群在金银花上的产蚜量显著高于北沙参种群,而在芹菜、白芷、北沙参上的产蚜量则显著低于北沙参种群。此外,两个种群对寄主植物的选择行为也存在区别,如持续试验48 h,金银花种群对金银花的选择率较低,而北沙参种群则对柴胡的选择率较低。金银花种群对芹菜的选择率显著高于除北沙参外的其他3种植物,而北沙参种群对芹菜的选择率仅高于柴胡。比较不同时间内选择率情况发现,金银花种群对芹菜的选择率随时间而升高,而北沙参种群对芹菜的选择率随时间而降低。研究结果表明,胡萝卜微管蚜不同寄主种群对不同植物的适合度和选择行为均有较大差异,该蚜存在一定的寄主适应性分化。
英文摘要:
      Semiaphis heraclei has a wide host range, which may lead to its host-adaptation differentiation. In this study, two S.heraclei populations were collected from Lonicera japonica and Glehnia littoralis, respectively. The fitness and host selectivity of the two populations to Apium graveolens, L. japonica, Angelica dahurica, G. littoralis and Bupleurum chinense were assessed. The results showed that the fitness of the two host populations varied significantly on the five plants. For example, when using G. littoralis as the host, the aphid nymphs from L. japonica showed a significantly longer developmental duration than aphid nymphs population from G. littoralis. The aphid population from L. japonica exhibited higher fecundity on L. japonica and lower fecundity on A. graveolens, A. dahurica compared to aphid population from G. littoralis. In addition, there were differences in selectivity behaviors of the two populations to the different host plants. For example, after 48 h, L. japonica-aphid-population had a lower selection rate to L. japonica, while G. littoralis-aphid-population had a lower selection rate to B. chinense. The selection rate of L. japonica-aphid-population to A. graveolens was the highest compared to other plants except G. littoralis, whereas the selection rate of G. littoralis-aphid-population to A. graveolens was only higher than that to B. chinense. L. japonica-aphid-population exhibited higher selection rate to A. graveolens over time, while the selection rate of G. littoralis-aphid-population to A. graveolens decreased with time. Our results indicate that there are differences in the fitness and selection behavior of different host populations of S. heraclei on host plants, and this aphid showed a certain host adaptability differentiation.
